Within easy reach of the beach and equipped for comfort, this four-bedroom retreat features an enclosed backyard and a furnished upstairs balcony. The ground-floor living area boasts all the home essentials including central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Primary guests will also enjoy a downstairs bedroom location and access to a full bathroom. The full kitchen comes equipped for easy at-home meal prep, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup.

WHAT’S NEARBY
The house is only a walk or bike ride to the Gulf and there is a boat launch a quarter-mile down the street. Bikes are provided for convenient beach cruising.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
