Lovely 3 bedroom home in the Tampa Bay suburbs!
High ceiling, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with stocked kitchen primed and ready for your Florida family vacation! Enjoy the quiet neighborhood just 30 mins from Tampaâs city center and all it has to offer. Numerous local and chain eats within 5 mins of the house. Head out to Brandon and Tampa proper to see Raymond James Stadium (32 mins) or Ybor City (25 mins), or have some fun at Busch Gardens (31 min). Finally if you want to hit the beach during your stay, the famous Clearwater beach is 1hr away.
The space
Fully furnished home with queen beds in all rooms, large sectional in the living room for lounging, full dining table, and stocked kitchen. 65 inch Android Smart TV in living room connected to surround sound system and with streaming apps (feel free to log into your accounts). 65 in smart tv in master bedroom with chromecast available. Bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Guest access
Access to the entire house, save for the garage. There is a grill outside that can be used as well, along with filled propane tanks available.
Other things to note
There are cameras outside, as well as a video doorbell for security purposes only.
