Aggie's House är ett enda familjhem på ett stort hörnparti, bara två korta kvarter från stranden, runt hörnet från marinan, på den sista gatan innan du går in i Wild Dunes och en 20 minuters bilresa till centrala Charleston.

3 sovrum, 3 badrum (sovplatser 6-7). Beläget i ett lugnt, attraktivt kvarter några minuter från en vacker strand, Wild Dunes Marina och utmärkta restauranger och shopping på Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island och Mt. Behaglig.

Husets öppna planlösning har vardagsrum, matplats, kök, master svit och privat däck på första våningen - perfekt för att tillbringa kvalitetstid med familj och vänner. På övervåningen finns två sovrum, alla med privat badrum och en privat balkong.

Det stora däcket från husets första våning är en härlig plats att sola, umgås eller njuta av en måltid. Njut av detta område på Isle of Palms som ger en bred, orörd strand som sällan är trångt och är utmärkt för bad, solbad, cykling, promenader och jogging.

Great option near the beach!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The property is a short walk from the beach and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would stay at this home again in the future.

We lo.ved the house and the location -- great neighborhood and short walk to the beach. The house had such a wonderful family vibe from the owners and we really enjoyed staying at this house. The back deck was perfect for hanging out and outdoor dining!

Great location

Loved the house. It is in a great location, close to the beach and other activities, but far enough from town to be quiet. The house is laid out nice with a bathroom for every bedroom and great space for our family. Everything was clean and there were beach towels and beach chairs for us to use. Highly recommend.

Holy cow!

We could not have asked for a more perfect spot for our girls trip. The house was so sweet and cozy. The back deck was so lovely for hanging out and taking photos and the living room was perfect for late night debriefing. There was plenty of space for us and the location truly couldn't be better. It felt like we had our own private beach right across the street. Martha was a fabulous host and was so easy to communicate with. We would be so happy to stay here again!

Five days in IOP

This property was surprising in how well it accommodated our group. It was very clean and well laid out. It was also very well stocked, especially the kitchen. We were generously provided with enough supplies to last us for our visit, reducing trips to Harris Teeter and saving us money. The living room and dining room have lovely furniture. It is a sort walk to the beach and there were beach equipment and towels on the premises for our use. The owner was very responsive to any question I had. We would certainly chose this house again if we return to Isle of Palms.

Peaceful Getaway

When we pulled up, the house looked older, but we were pleasantly surprised with the cozy updated inside. We were able to spend lots of time together and enjoy meals together with our adult children!

Great family stay

Location is great, quiet neighborhood. Most of the house has been remodeled, except for the bathrooms, which are small and old and don’t match the rest of the house. Overall, we enjoyed it and appreciated the opportunity to stay in this family home.

My expectations were exceeded. The house was perfect for us with 3 ensuite bedrooms. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking meals. And the location is perfect: far enough away from the crowds at the resort and the pier/public beach. It was a very short walk. It's also close to the marina, which was perfect for watching the sunset.

Family reunion

We were in town for a family reunion. The house was perfect for our needs. Clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Great location and short walk to the beach. Beach chairs were provided which was a big plus. Liked the open design in the living room.

Isle of Palms

Clean and cozy house, very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of hot water, AC worked well, kitchen well-stocked with everything you need. Location is perfect with a quick and easy walk to the beach. We needed to change our arrival and departure days and was able to do so without issue. Thanks to Martha for sharing her beautiful home.

Aggie's house has been a joy to my family for over 30 years. In addition to family, many friends and renters have used it and enjoyed it as well. We live in Virginia but love the beach at Isle of Palms, our location and all the low country has to offer, so we travel there as often as we are able.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My deceased husband and his son purchased this house originally. After his death I have tried to be a good steward of the property, so that family and friends can continue to enjoy it. Because it is vacant a lot of the time it makes sense to rent it so others can enjoy it as well.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Many barrier islands have built up over the years, and Isle of Palms is no exception. Huge houses that sleep 25+ have been built, but I love the charm that our little house provides. It reminds me of the way the island used to be.
