This 3 acre Home with Private Pond on property, is located in Stevensville/Kent Island has a quiet & peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The first floor has the Kitchen, Living Room with a large sectional sofa, a Full Bathroom, a Sauna w/Shower, the Master Bedroom with King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed.
Located on the upper level a Loft that sleeps 6 with 2 Full-Sized Beds and a Full Pullout Sofa. Upper level also has a 3 Bedroom with a King-Size Bed and Full Bathroom.
There are Smart TV's with streaming services in the living room and Master Bedroom. The House also has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc.
Blankets, pillows, linens and bath towels ARE provided with the home.
The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire house and property, with the exception of the garage, and exterior buildings.
Other Things to Note:
- The home is two stories with necessity to climb a few stairs to access the entry and stairs to access the upper floor inside.
- Also, there is a workshop on the property that houses businesses.
