If there is any unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a $500 fine, and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors.

Smoking inside the property is absolute prohibited. If smoking outside the property, please stay away from the property at least 6 feet, and clean up the cigarette butts. If there is smell or cigarette butts leftovers, we will charge additional $300 for deep cleaning

Please note that if there is any damage to the property caused during your stay, you will be charged for it afterward.
