Great little place right in the middle of everything. Very new and clean. Confortable bed. Nice kitchen but we ate out for our meals. Two recommends: new patio chairs and white vinegar the coffee maker as it didnt work. Will definitively stay again.

Great location and host

Stayed a couple nights and were very happy with our choice. The property was clean, well supplied and quiet. The close proximity to a quality coffee shop and several very good restaurants was perfect. The host was very responsive and the check in and out process was seamless. We would happily stay there on our next visit to the area.

Location Perfection

Weekend Getaway

This was a great spot for weekend getaway. Perfect location right on Main Street in Carbondale and easy access to both Aspen and Glennwood Springs. The unit itself was very cozy.

Great Spot in a Great Town

We loved staying close to everything. The unit was just what we needed to take care of a bunch of things in town. The one minor issue we experienced was addressed by the property manager and although they couldn't "fix" the issue immediately, they were very accommodating to take care of us.

This place did not work well for us. When we arrived we called because there was no grill as advertised. They were very apologetic and said they would get it resolved as soon as possible. After 2 days of calling to determine the status we were told that they were sorry, there was no grill and they wouldn't be providing one. Otherwise the kitchen was adequate and we were able to prepare most of our food, as my wife has severe food allergies and we can't eat out. This is why the missing grill may have been a bigger concern for us than it would for others.The king size bed is in an area with very little room to walk on either side. It also had no box spring or foundation, so it's very low to the ground. This made it very difficult to get out of bed. If you're in your 20's this may not be a problem. For us in our 60's, it was. The couch was not at all comfortable. It was similar to a futon that a kid might have in their college dorm. We did not enjoy our evenings sitting on the couch. The area is quiet enough and has a small town feel. There was a small farmer's market down the street that we enjoyed one day. The dedicated parking space was nice and we were greeted by a little French bulldog each day as the yard is shared with a veterinarian office.I understand there have been a lot of reviewers that thought the property was great. For our situation we were uncomfortable and looked forward to going home.
