We felt like the Copper Penny house was a great place for our family visit to Niagara Falls. It was close enough to the main attractions, but offered a a nice escape from the crowds. The house had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home. Very close to just about everything. Bathrooms were well stocked with not only towels and toilet paper they also had shampoo and body wash if you need it. Everything was easy to find in the kitchen for meal cooking. It was nice to sit on the porch in the morning

Fantastic time

Property was clean and well furnished, loved all of the small details in the old house, really made it a delight. Jing was a great host who was very quick to respond. It is obvious that she takes a great deal of pride in the house and did everything she could to make it great stay.

Check in with super simple. The house was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with pot pans, dishes, Refrigerator had ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise. There was salt, pepper, and some other spices there. It was close to the falls but with my injury, not walking distance. It was nice to have some time with my sister to reconnect.

This property is amazing. Hosts were great. Property was clean, comfortable and close to the falls and Clifton Hills. We will be planning another trip to Niagara in the future and will book one of the hosts other properties.

Older home - comfortable, clean,and relaxing

We three senior women enjoyed our stay - free parking space was very convenient. By car it’s a quick drive to the falls and nearby restaurants.

Cute Little House

Great spot for our family of four, location was close to the bus stop for the falls as well as Queen Street (plus a couple of parks and playgrounds for littles!) The house was cozy and well appointed, plus a ton of charm & historic character. Thanks for hosting us!

Great Home

Great stay on the Canadian side. Really close, less than a 10min easy walk, to the WeGo shuttle stop that will take you downtown to the falls and other places like the butterfly conservatory. Would stay again.

Wonderful hosts! Easy check in and out. They had everything we needed. Wonderfully spacious! We had a great stay! Note that there are many steps in the house, so be cautious if that is a concern for you!

Comfortable and clean, convenient location

Four of us together again, celebrating our respective anniversaries, wanted to see the Falls, the wineries, and Toronto. We chose Copper Penny so we could hang out, do a jigsaw puzzle during down times, craft a meal or two, have our own coffee each morning. This house fit the bill perfectly. We were close to the Falls (not really walking distance, though), and about 25 minutes away from many wineries and also the adorable town of Niagra on the Lake. The drive to Toronto was 1.5 hours so we only went once but made the most of it with a walking tour and a fabulous meal. Nice to come home each day/evening to a comfy place to rewind. Beds are comfortable, linens nice, house was very clean. Owner communication is excellent, was very responsive to a minor issue on the first day which was resolved promptly.

The kind of place where you can tell the owner takes pride in every detail, inside and out.The house was fully stocked—from the kitchen to the bathroom to the laundry room. Towels, supplies, and thoughtful extras were all right where you needed them. It made settling in effortless.We met the host in person—genuinely one of the most welcoming and guest-focused people we’ve encountered. He’s already made noticeable upgrades, with more underway, especially outside. It’s clear he’s building something special, not just managing a listing.The location is another big win. Quiet neighborhood, quick access to Clifton Hill and the Falls, and convenient parking right at the property. And the host’s local recommendations were spot-on. His tip to visit Niagara-on-the-Lake gave us one of the most memorable afternoons of our trip.This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a well-run, guest-ready home. One of the easiest five-star ratings we’ve ever given.

Amazing Home

My family and I enjoyed the house very much , it was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything you would need . Super convenient within walking distance to everything . Home owner Paul super friendly and recommend things to do while in the area . Definitely have a return customer our next trip to Niagara Falls.

Lovely stay.

The place is located in a central area, easy to walk to any many locations. The house has an older charm and was very clean. Beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Great price too.

The Hawley House as it is called, built in 1893 was owned by the same family until 1985 with largely no alterations leaving the valuable vintage woodwork intact. Since 2004, besides updating all wiring & plumbing, upstairs flooring and installed period (1920's style) crystal chandeliers in all rooms together with walls and ceilings to match.
