Cosy Holiday Apartment in Duce - Perfect for Families and Groups
This charming holiday apartment offers space for up to 6 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends. With a total area of 58 mÂČ and a spacious plot of 300 square metres, the accommodation guarantees comfort and relaxation.
The apartment has two bedrooms with a total of 5 beds: two double beds, two sofa beds and a single bed. The modern equipment includes central heating, air conditioning and free WiFi to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all necessary facilities such as refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and complete crockery. A TV with satellite reception provides entertainment.
Outside, a beautiful communal terrace with barbecue facilities awaits you. The private parking directly at the building offers additional comfort. The location is particularly attractive: only 200 metres from the sandy beach, with a supermarket in the immediate vicinity and a bus stop just 250 metres away.
The nearest town is only 2 kilometres away, while the airport can be reached in about 40 kilometres.
