-All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.

Guest Access:
The entire condo is reserved for your group’s exclusive use and enjoyment. For your convenience, we offer keyless self check in with a confidential access code. The safety of our guests is a top priority, please note, we do have on site security in the lobby and a lobby attendant on site available to assist you, if needed. Unbeatable Location - Less than a 10 minute walk from the French Quarter, WWII museum, and the Caesar’s Superdome, The Moderne’s Central Warehouse District location puts you in the middle of New Orleans' best attractions while conveniently steps away from chic restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores (Rouse's and CVS 1 min walk). Getting Around:
You will be a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter, and biking is another fun and convenient option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short cab ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
