Villa Boho Breeze is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps up to 9, w/ oversized pool, BBQ grill & fenced in yard! Enjoy a sunrise on the covered lanai, afternoons swimming in the heated pool and evenings playing corn hole or relaxing in one of our 2 living spaces. 40" smart TV's in all bedrooms are equipped with complimentary Netflix, Disney+ & YouTube TV! Additional 50" smart TV in main living room, with streaming services paid, for along with board games, puzzles & foosball table!

THE SPACE:

Master Bedroom: King size Nectar brand mattress, walk-in closet, 40" smart TV with streaming services paid for, and ensuite bathroom!

Bedroom 2: King size Nectar brand mattress, closet w/dresser, 40" smart TV with streaming services paid for, and desk with monitor to hook-up to laptop for additional screen!

Bedroom 3: King size Nectar brand mattress, closet w/dresser, 40" smart TV with streaming services paid for!

Bedroom 4: 3 twin beds (2 of them are bunked), dresser, closet, 40" smart TV with streaming services paid for! *Please note these beds are intended for children and young adults that do not exceed 150lbs.*

Living Space 1: Large sectional sofa, 50" smart TV with streaming services paid for, board games, foosball table, sliding glass doors out to lanai!

Complimentary hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are all Public Goods brand, paraben-free, sulfate-free,, gluten-free, vegan-friendly and made in the USA! *Please use only what you need and always leave behind our refillable bottles so that we can continue to offer these little extras in an eco-friendly way!*

GUEST ACCESS:

Access to entire property except garage door, and a single locked closet in the hall between two of the bedrooms. Please leave the closet locked and do not attempt to open. Please do not utilize the garage for anything other than doing laundry, do not under any circumstances operate the main garage door at any time. Please only enter the house through the front door.

THINGS TO NOTE:

When you arrive you will find a welcome basket as well as the home stocked with a few supplies to help you jump start your stay. Please plan on likely needing to supplement with your own supplies if you stay more than a week or so. We ask that you only use what is needed and if not used, please leave it behind. This helps us keep costs down, and helps to eliminate unnecessary waste!

For your safety there are 2 security cameras outside, facing away from the property: 1 doorbell camera at the front entrance and 1 security camera overlooking the pool and lanai entrances. Tampering or disabling devices will result in immediate eviction from the property; no refunds will be issued.

We have diligent pest control services for the property, however, bugs can still of course make their way inside from time to time (this is Southwest Florida after all!) but please let us know if there are any issues while you’re there. Keeping the doors and avoiding eating in the living spaces and bedrooms will greatly reduce the chance of bugs finding their way inside.

Perfect Home

The house was well laid out for 2 families. It had a great balance of shared space and privacy. Home was stocked with everything we needed; plenty of toiletries, kitchen, pantry items and towels. Had a great time and would highly recommend!

Great pool! Great Communication with Owner. Well appointed.

Great pool! Great communication with owner. Lovely welcome book was helpful with area recommendations. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Convenient to main road. However, not much within walking distance and on a small block for walking (I circled it 7 times one night!) unless you don't mind walking on the sidewalk of busy 45mph road. Although it's an older home, it has pretty upgrades. Plenty of towels and a well appointed kitchen! Great for a family. The room with bunks have mattresses for lightweight little kids, my full grown teenager was uncomfortable. The birdcage and roof are new, there were some shingles, nails and bits of metal in the yard. Owner said they would get it cleaned up.

Nice property, a few safety concerns

While we enjoyed the property and over all it was beautiful, we have some safety concerns that affected our overall experience we feel need to be addressed. The beds and sheets were nice, board games, and thoughtful details like the pool toys we are a nice touch. It was a lovely home and care has been taken with decoration and comfort in the living areas and bedrooms. We did miss a whole day of swimming because the pool was ice cold when we arrived, but owners resolved as soon as possible. Safety Concerns; * There are many sharp screws around the exterior of the pool area posing a safety hazard, our children could not play freely in the yard without us fearing a punctured foot. Most likely where the old Lanai was attached to the pavers. *There is no pool fence or safety feature at the property (no alarm or gate) apart from a 'child lock' on the top of the sliding doors to the back yard/pool area. *A closet door unexpectedly fell off the hinges in the kids bedroom and injured our 2-year old. It was used only minimally for kids to store clothing, and not abused in any way. *The bedroom off the kitchen has a door that doesn't shut due to the latch not lining up, making privacy impossible, and noise an inconvenience being the main living space. Several bedroom doors didn't have working locks. *The BBQ doesn't work and owners said they would look into it and never resolved the issue. We shared our concerns with the property owner after our stay and didn't get any response.

The home is clean, pool was warm, kitchen is well stocked, we enjoyed our time. Owners were responsive for questions.

March 2024 Boho Breeze

This is an excellent place to stay. Everyone in our group commented on how much they loved it. Its very well stocked and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms as well as pool towels. The pool was great with plenty of seating. Our host was great. A few days into the stay he reached out to make sure we were happy and didnt need anything. Its close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Most trips to Fort Meyers took about 30 minutes, it just depended on traffic. We would highly recommend Boho Breeze!

Our family lives in the Midwest and 'snow birds' to Florida as often as possible! My husband (Kyle) and I (Stacy) travel full-time in an RV, working remotely, and trying to figure out where we want our 'forever home' to be! We love hosting because Cape Coral is one of our all time favorite places to be, and we want others to experience the magic of our little slice of heaven.

We love the neighborhood we're in because it's off the beaten path, but super accessible to Publix, restaurants, shopping and more! When we toured the home the first time, we saw people walking their dogs and kids playing outside and we knew this was the neighborhood for us.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our family put a lot of blood sweat and tears into the house, only to get hit badly by Hurricane Ian. Then even MORE sweat equity (and money haha) went into repairs and renovations. Now she's finally finished- brand new lanai and all! We have one of the largest pools around, with a HUGE yard for kids and dogs to run around in! We might be biased, but we love our little slice of heaven!
