Holiday home 300 m from the beach
The detached holiday home built in 2007, was renovated in 2018 and is furnished in a modern and luxury style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: garden shower, terrace and garden furniture.

Palm Mar, district Palm Mar. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm open plot with shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Villa is located in the center of Palm Mar and has a living area of approx. 100 m2 and terraces of approx. 80 m2.
Access to the house is via 14 steps.
On the south-facing terrace is the private pool and you can enjoy a magnificent sea view.
Internet via Wifi and SAT / TV.

Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

There is no heating. Facilities: baby cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
