This Modern Farmhouse, with wooded views and cozy decor, will make you feel right at home. With 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 baths, there is plenty of room for your group. The Master Bedroom offers a King Size Bed, and a beautiful Master Bath, with walk in shower, and a relaxing soaking tub. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed. The Third bedroom offers two Pyramid Bunk Beds, featuring a full size beds on the lower level and a twin beds on top level. These bedrooms share the second bath, which offers a walk in shower and double vanity. Relax on the wrap around porch where you can gaze into the woods and experience the peace and quiet of the Ouachita foothills at every angle. Enjoy cozy nights in the backyard while watching the sun set behind the trees.

***Instructions for lighting the Fireplace*** Locate the on/off switch in the fireplace, turn it to on. Then turn the knobs to pilot and push in. It may take a moment. Once the pilot light is on, push the ON Button. It is very similar to igniting a gas grill.

 Lake Balboa (our largest lake) is only 5 minutes from this home. Balboa has a Marina to rent kayaks, pontoons, etc. It also boasts a huge white sand beach area with a roped-off section for swimming, covered picnic tables, BBQs, and easy parking. 

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!


Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away. 

This rental is NON smoking and No Pets allowed

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests can access, you will be in the mountains where cell service can be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
