House is accessible by 4WD vehicles only. Vehicles MUST have a county-issued Beach Parking Permit properly displayed to park on the beach from the last Saturday of April through the first Saturday in October. Beach parking permit available for a $100.00 refundable deposit when pass is returned.

**You are choosing to rent a house in a wooded setting. Remember, there are bugs of all kinds and then some. We will not entertain complaints of mosquitos, spiders, snakes....etc. We have midges, they are attracted to light. To keep them out of the house keep outside lights off when not in use. They are harmless. They do not bite or sting. If they get in the house please do not swat at them and leave black streaks on the ceiling. Just leave them alone. In most cases they will be dead by morning. We do treat the house on a regular basis. If you see a dead bug that means our pest control is working. **
