Du kommer att vara cirka 100 meter från de vackraste, prisbelönta stränderna i USA, när du hyr vår resa. Så fort du går in i vår villa vet du att du har valt rätt plats att koppla av och leka. Den rymliga planlösningen ligger på 2: a våningen i en tre våningshus, där du kan njuta av fantastisk utsikt över havet och solnedgången.

*** Nyligen uppdaterad med ny 43 "TV (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Etc ... kapabel), Blue Ray Player i barnrummet (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Etc ... kapabel) ... Alla nya sängar installerade 1 juli 2018 !!

Vår enhet har en master svit komplett med en king size-säng, privat badrum, kabel / TV, och tillgång till den stora täckta verandan. Det finns ett extra badrum och 1/2 bad. Två sovrum, ett med två queen size-sängar (w / tv) och den andra med två enkelsängar (med TV i barnrum / Blue Ray). Alla sängkläder tillhandahålls. Familjerummet har en queen size-bäddsoffa, 40 "flat panel, Blue Ray). Matsalen har plats för sex och det intilliggande köket har tre barstolar och är fullt utrustat med alla dina matlagningsbehov. Enheten har också en stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Beachside Villas komplexa erbjudanden är en familj orienterad gemenskap, med två pooler (en uppvärmd för vinteranvändning), tända tennisbanor och shuffleboard. Det finns också en cykel / vandringsled på intilliggande Highway 30-A. Solstolar och parasoller finns att hyra på stranden. Beachside Villas ligger mellan Destin och Panama City i ett mycket lugnt område. Seaside Beach är bara 5-10 minuter bort och har massor av små, pittoreska affärer och restauranger.

Great condo! Host was very nice and gave great suggestions for food. Condo was clean, spacious and set up great for our family. Very short walk to the beach and in the BEST location! We loved our stay!

We had a great week in Seagrove! Brian went above and beyond from the moment we booked to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo is super clean and well equipped with everything you need for a week at the beach. Location is great and easy walk to beach - very convenient! Highly recommend for families!

The unit was clean and the host was very responsive. Location to the beach is good but there is not a lot of public beach area available. If you like to be near the water you have to go early. Overall great unit and great area.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home.The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and quiet.The hosts were fantastic to work with: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. You can tell they truly care about their guests having a wonderful experience.We made so many great memories here and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

We loved our stay at Brian’s condo. It was exactly as described, immaculately clean and even nicer than the pictures. We rented bikes and rode everywhere, including to each of the beach access points. They are not far at all, and one day we used the shuttle when we had more to carry, and it was super easy. I would definitely stay here again. Brian was great at communicating, and he made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. I highly recommend this VRBO.

My family and I were very comfortable here! The beds slept great, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked. Felt like a home away from home- but at the beach! The condos are tucked into a quiet area and that was a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of the summer season on 30a. Nice and close to the beach too! We loved our stay!

Sandcastle 2024

We had a wonderful trip to Seagrove Beach! Our rental was clean, bedrooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach every day and a quick bike ride to many local restaurants and shops.

Condo was very clean. It also was well documented. The shuttle to the beach was the ticket. It was close to everything and we had a blast. Brian’s was very easy to speak with and ask questions. We will be back.

Beach Getaway

Beautiful property. Great location. Quick and easy access to the beach. Very affordable compared to nearby properties where we have stayed. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The property was perfect for our needs. We would certainly rent this property again.

Great location - near the beach, inlet, and a heated community pool. Brian is very easy to work with. Condo is decorated nicely, well-stocked, and clean.
