Heated pool, firepit, grills, onsite parking, in-unit laundry & pergola.
Come see what everyone is raving about. The backyard is an oasis. Great for relaxing, family gatherings, or make new friends. The pool very large, heated and have a sun shelf. There is a bags game, 2 grills, and a fire-it for the cooler Delray nights. Lounge under the beautifully lit pergola or walk a few blocks to all that makes Delray the #1 beach town in Florida.
Brand new duplexes have high end appliances, 55" TV in LVRM 48" in bedrooms. Each unit has a private patio, The units are super clean, spacious, have in unit laundry, and fully stocked with all natural shampoo/conditioner/body soap, spices, coffee, cookware and utensils. Come for a few days, stay for a few months.

The Guest Manual Binder is on the desk in the living room. The hot water is delivered on demand through the tankless water heater. If it's cold outside, run water for a few minutes, it will get hot quickly. Please keep the AC/Heaters no lower then 65 degrees or they will freeze up.
