Villa Bella is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-family home located in Key Colony Beach. The property includes Cabana Club access and dockage with water views. Outside, the property offers a kayak launch, a dock that can accommodate boats up to 25 feet, and a fish cleaning station. No RV's, campers or motorhomes. There is ample parking at the property and all vehicles & trailers must fit on property. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. The City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property.
