Awesome condo near LSU

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Deanna is very quick to respond to any text. The house is immaculate and we had no issues. The beds were very comfortable and you do not find this very often when you stay in a vrbo. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient stay near LSU or Baton Rouge. We also enjoyed the pool a lot. It actually has lounge chairs in shallow water to relax. I found this totally awesome.

Perfect place close to LSU!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Love that the property is gated and close to campus for game trips. Gary was super nice and kind. We will be back!

Close to LSU

We attended an LSU baseball game and the condo is in a great location for quick access to the stadium. Bedrooms are upstairs and the beds are firm and linens very nice and soft. Manager of the property was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions, Gated community with carport for two cars is very nice.

Baton Rouge weekend getaway with the LSU Tigers football game

Had a wonderful stay during our weekend trip. Gary, the owner/host was great to deal with. House was as advertised, specious, and very clean. Would certainly recommend and happily stay there again, as we are looking to turn this into an annual trip.

Perfect short stay

Lots of space to spread out and be comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to accessing Nicholson as well as Burbank. Nice, fluffy bath towels but our stay had no hand towels or dish towels.Great communications and instructions!Good to know: Bedrooms all upstairs. Has conventional coffee maker and Nespresso instead of Keurig.

Cute condo with amenities

The condo was lovely decorated and had all the amenities of staying in a luxury hotel. Great location to the stadium for games and entertainment district for drinks and eats! Would definitely stay here again!

Time with grandchildren

We cane from WI for a week to spend time with our grandchildren! Our hosts were so helpful and responsive when we had questions! It was a perfect way to spend time with them while NOT being cramped in a hotel! We had everything we needed! We were would definitely stay there again! The pool area/club house was awesome! We had a blast there with the kids! I highly recommend this place!

Served it's purpose

2 bedroom townhome with a front patio. Full bathroom in each bedroom. Close to LSU, but not really walkable to Tiger Stadium.

Monkey Business

I was here on business, with 3 family members in tow. We loved the pool, hottub, 2 br 3/12 bath combo, decor, outdoor patio, kitchen furnishings, location (so close to museums, my conference, the University). My husband said he would definitely walk to a game from here, although others complained it was too far??? Where we are from, (Univ of IA) anywhere you park you will walk atleast a mile to the game. There was also a nice fitness center here that we did not use. It is a safe, gated community. The unit had 2 parking spots. Best of all: the hosts were so kind and responsive.

Weekend inBaton Rouge

This place worked well for our weekend stay. It had what we needed and was clean and comfortable. We were given all the access information and all went as planned. We had no issues so I never actually spoke to the host. Overall we had a great weekend.

Beautiful

The property itself is beautiful. The host is extremely accommodating. However, we were given 1 trash bag for a week, there were only 3 knives and 3 spoons, and the plumbing has issues. Standing in ankle deep water to shower is not really appealing.

Dropping off my tiger at lsu!

Such a great rental! Super clean and spacious. It was literally 5 min from the campus which made so much easier to move in my tiger! We will be staying here again for sure!

Fantastic stay!

This property was perfect for our LSU game day! Walkable to the stadium (2.4 miles in a nice path). Owner was very responsive to questions. Extremely clean! Included more amenities than listed such as a hair dryer and coffee! Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great safe place

Very clean. Lots of room great outdoor space with grill. Really to LSU stadium if you’re planning on a game. Would definitely stay again.
