This is truly a perfect place for leisure or business travel. Previous guests have reserved the my place for romantic getaways, conference or convention attendance (super close to the convention center), surprise birthday or anniversary getaway, Girls Night getaway, live concerts or theater shows, brewery tours, restaurants and cool attractions, Parents Weekend at one of the many close by universities, graduations, weddings…you name it!

The Space:
The Space is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 4 people.
⭐Bedroom: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart Tv, reading chair, dresser. dedicated working desk.
⭐Livingroom: 55 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Electrical stove and oven, toaster and full-size refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, etc.
⭐Coffee bar: k-cup maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.
⭐Internet: High speed WI-FI internet.
⭐Parking: large parking lot behind the house access to alleyway. Additionally free street parking that always very easy to find the parking spot in front of the house as well.

Guest Access:
The parking lot is behind the building in the backyard, after you park, you can get to the front entrance through either left or right-side gate. This apartment is on the 2nd floor. you will have one parking space in the backyard, you can park any spot you like, for the 2nd car you can park on the front free street parking, please keep in your mind that you need watch out the street sign as city has a regular schedule for street cleaning.
There are shared spaces you can enjoyed as well (front porch, backyard, laundry room in the basement).

Other Things to Note:
About smoking: it is NOT allowed inside of the building, feel free to do so on the front porch and use the provided ashtray for disposing of the waste.

About cooling/heating: We have central AC/heating system. The thermostat is located in the different room, we can help you adjust the temperature remotely as your desire, just shoot us a message. we also provide the space heater and fan in the closet as extra comforts.

Trash bin is located behind the backyard.
