Could have been better.

Home could had been so much better for the price they were asking for. The place needed a lot of repairs I.e. wallpaper was peeling, other wall was falling a part with plaster crumbling from it, upper level living room wall/shelf appeared to have mold as well as the upper level bathroom, no hot water to shower on the main level, microwave did not work, internet nor any of the T.v.’s worked on upper level, all of the kitchen dish ware needs to be replaced. Terrace view was enjoyable, however, it was not cleaned and presentation on picture were night and day, the cleaning was extremely bad. I can go on, but let’s just say, the pictures on site did not reflect what I was presented with.

I always wanted to get a place in the middle of the city. Love this location, love to walk and I feel safe in this area. I love the fact that we are just walking distance from the museums, the malecon and very good restaurants. I also love the peace it feels in this place.

Rooftop Ocean View and the Private Terrace. Also the Safety is the most important thing to me. I like that it has two separate living room one upstairs and one downstairs more privacy. Feel like it's two different places in one. There is one bedroom with full bathroom upstairs and one bedroom down stairs with full bathroom. the 3rd half bathroom is located upstairs . There is a washer/driver
