DISCLAIMER:
-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.
-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house.
- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies and we want to keep this property pet free.
-Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, this is not the home for you. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 12).
-Guests may not sit on or lean over balcony or rooftop deck railing.
-Guests must use provided handrails when using stairs.
-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls do to your decorations may result in being charged.
-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The fee is to cover the expense hiring our awesome cleaner, to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, and up-keeping the house. It does not include her cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow easy check-out instructions we'll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape.
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable people and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.
-RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.
-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (we had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me).

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station in Nashville

The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.

Guest Access:
Kick back, relax, and get comfortable! You’re always renting the Entire
Home. You’ll have the place all to yourself and feel like you're at your home away from home!

The Neighborhood:
Music lovers won't want to miss the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum as well as Ryman Auditorium, located only 3 miles from the house. Football fans can head to Titans stadium, only 1.5 miles away. Five Points (Restaurants, Shops + Cafes) is only 1.5 miles away. No matter where you want to go in or around Nashville, this house will serve as a perfect base for your explorations. Interstate access is just blocks away and can get you most places (including the airport) in 15 minutes or less! For those without a car, Ubers and Lyfts are abundant (and cheap!) and can take you anywhere you’d care to go.

Ubers/Lyfts are readily available!

Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

-Guests staying longer than 3 weeks will incur an additional cleaning fee.
-Valid ID required for stay.
-ONLY registered guests allowed in building/unit.

Interaction with Guests:
Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay.
