Our home is a peaceful and relaxing oasis that offers stunning views. This spacious and stylishly decorated house is the perfect retreat for families, couples, and friends seeking a quiet and rejuvenating vacation. Whether you're looking to hike, bike, or simply relax and rejuvenate, our home is the perfect choice.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful linens and soft lighting. The Pack ‘n Play is perfect for those who have little ones and want to travel light.

With plenty of natural light and tasteful decor, this home has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The open-plan living area features high ceilings, a 70" TV, and comfortable sofa and chairs, perfect for lounging in front of the fireplace on cooler evenings.

Outside, the spacious deck is the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. You can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the spectacular Sedona sunsets. The front patio is ideal for morning coffee with views of Thunder Mountain.

In the backyard, the comfortable sectional sofa, 70" TV, BBQ and fire pit are great for unwinding after a long day out exploring all that Sedona has to offer. The hot tub is superb for stargazing after a day spent hiking.

The game room is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends, whether playing a game of pool or connect four. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious home-cooked meals, and the dining area is a splendid place to enjoy them while taking in the breathtaking views.

Great house for spending quality time with friends.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are great indoor and outdoor spaces to spend time with friends or family. The hot tub, pool table, and games are great for indoor fun. The kitchen is well equipped if you stay in for meals but the location makes it easy to walk to some great restaurants. It is also close to many hiking trails. The neighborhood is very quiet and has great views.

Great Place to call Home for a Week

We had the pleasure of staying at this house for a week during our recent trip to Sedona. The property was well stocked and allowed us to cook meals and enjoy the amenities and scenery. The location was also great as we were able to walk to breakfast in the morning and even access trails easily throughout our stay. We can't wait to plan our next trip.

Opulent Oasis!

We headed to Sedona for a long weekend to celebrate a 17th Birthday. We were so happy with our choice in booking. The home was warm, cozy and inviting. We had a perfect weekend and stay.

Very clean house with lovely backyard & responsive hosts

The house, located on one side of town, is in a less-dense part which allows for some views. It's very clean, has a well-stocked kitchen, and the hosts were quick to respond when we had several minor issues. The furnishings are well-worn, but that is to be expected in a house that caters to families. All in all, a great stay!

The property was as advertised (actually felt bigger on arrival) and perfectly furnished and stocked for a family with kids. Ivy was helpful and offered suggestions for excursions. Perfect location, comfortable, clean and great amenities

We decided to travel to Sedona for a few days over spring break and found this property based on the reviews and description. The location is perfect! While you can't see the views of the amazing Sedona formations right outside the window, they're very close. There are restaurants and shops within a short walk, and the drive to hiking trails, shopping, or other restaurants is within 5-10 minutes. The communication with Phil & Ivy was very precise and timely, and the check-in process was pain-free. The house is exactly as described and was very clean. Comfortable beds, everything you need to feel comfortable, and the pool table and hot tub were nice additions after a long day of getting dirty playing outdoors. We were absolutely not disappointed and would book here again!

Birthday weekend

The wife and I stayed for two nights on the last leg of our vacation. Property was as advertised and has several hiking trails nearby, of which we took advantage. West Sedona was much quieter and less busy than the tourist hotspots.

Fantastic hosts, property, and location

We had a family trip to Sedona and found this property on Vrbo and it was an instant first pick. They have great amenities with hot tub, fire pit, and pool table and the location is fantastic. The owners were very communicative throughout the whole process. 10/10 --- 5 stars and highly recommend!

Arizona/GC Visit Base Camp

Very, very nice place to stay and well worth the price. Residence is clean and nicely appointed. Location is perfect to enjoy a variety of activities unique to AZ environment, including visiting the Grand Canyon.
