Cozy Lakefront property just steps from the water with breathtaking views!

Get ready to experience “Lake Life” at this beautiful home, sitting right on picturesque Lake White! Relax
and rejuvenate at this lake front home, where kayaking (rentable), fishing and swimming are just steps
from the front door. There are
two patios to rest, grill, sit around a bon fire and take in the amazing views this property has to offer.
Facing Southwest, this is the best spot on the lake to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings and watch the
sun set over the water. Guests will have access to all of the common areas in the home as well as four bedrooms, a loft area that sleeps two
and two and a half baths. Please note that several beds are bunk beds, so please consider this when thinking about the number of adults and children you are booking. The docks, patio, fire pit and all outdoor spaces are all available for Guest use.
If you choose to bring a boat, there is a boat ramp at the State Park and your boat may be docked at the
home using one of the two docks. The Lake White Marina, which offers additional rentals, supplies and
gas, is walkable from the home.
The home is conveniently located within 90 minutes of Columbus and
Cincinnati, and many hiking trails are within 20 minutes. If you are up for more adventure in the hills,
Hocking Hills is about an hour away as well. However, there is no need to ever leave the paradise this home has to offer!
This property is not to be used for parties or for guests over the maximum number listed. Please note
that all guests who consume alcohol on the property must be 21 or older.
* Note that the lake is at winter pool November-April, so some water activities may be limited during these months. Feel free to ask us about specific dates and the water level before booking.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nicely updated, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty room for the whole family. The lake view was spectacular, after the rain stopped we got to enjoy the sunset.

Guys Trip

The house was immaculate and spacious. Love the awesome concrete porch and lake front view. The weather wasn’t cooperating for us this year, but with such a nice house, it was easy to make the most of it! This was our second time staying here and would highly recommend it! Michelle is a great host!

Perfect lake view and access

Perfect Lake House

When you think of a lake house, this house is what you think of. Spacious, clean, adorably decorated, large patio with multiple seating options, a beautiful lake, and a peaceful setting. My girlfriends and I do a lake house weekend every year and we've never stayed anywhere more than once. We all agreed this will be the lake house we go to every year from now on. It checked every one of our boxes!

Lake house get away.

This Place was great for me and me coworkers. Located right outside of town which has everything you need. Porch is the spot to be with your cocktail by the grill and fire pit. Would highly recommend this place for a small group or large. Also a great location to stay with kids.

Family getaway

Had a great time unwinding with family. House was beautiful and spent most of our time on the deck enjoying a fire and views of the lake! Layout of the house was great, plenty of room for 8 adults. We never left the property on our long weekend stay. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Family hunting trip 23

Fabulous property! Impeccably clean and modern - we have a large family and the sleeping accommodations are perfect- kitchen has all supplies needed for meals! Even a crockpot which we usually bring on these trips. Patio great for gathering and Solo fire pit is big plus ! We couldn’t be happier with this lovey home . This is our second year staying there and we will be returning next year!

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY!

Clean, generously stocked with paper goods, utensils and dishes. Most beautiful view of lake from the amazing completely fenced in patio! Had plenty of seating for large group outside. Ate out on patio every night. Enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and canoeing. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Hope we can make it back again.

Great Lake Front Home

I booked this property for our annual guys weekend. Everything about this house is awesome! Very clean and comfortable! The Listing is spot on! We spent the better part of three days lounging on the back porch and by the water. Even got to fish a bit! The patio furniture is very comfortable and plenty of it! Loved having fires at night! Michelle was a fantastic host! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

My dream lake house

So perfect. House was perfectly furnished for enjoying time with friends and family. Open plan with kitchen/dining/and living room. Beautiful views of the lake. Outdoor design and furnishings were so welcoming and comfortable. Solo stove to enjoy evening fires, I hope to come back every year! Host was very easy to communicate with. The marina nearby has a food cart with excellent selections. Ate several meals with food from there. Hardly left the lake my entire stay.

Mini Vacation

The property was very cozy and very accommodating to all ages! The million dollar view from the patio was so lovely it was hard to leave. The host was excellent! She had all kinds of little extras for us. Always answered my questions right away. We could have skipped the grocery shopping because it was close by. It was too cold for swimming but I could picture the kids out in the water floating around. They did fish off the dock and enjoyed there time. We had s'mores with a beautiful fire each night. Very wonderful pick of places to stay.

Visiting family in the area

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was a perfect size for us, we had 5 adults and 4 kids. We had fun with the games in the house and the cornhole! Really the only downfall, and still it’s not a dealbreaker or anything we complained about to owner was the fact that we were not told that the lake gets partially drained in winter. It’s advertised as a lake house with kayaking and fishing, access to put a boat, and paddle boarding. And the area of the lake we were on was about 10 ft below normal and kayaking would not have been easy or possible and there is not likely a chance I could have put a boat in. So I just think it should have been advertised that the lake is not at “peak” usability this time of year. But otherwise the property was amazing and we would absolutely recommend it to others and we would absolutely stay there again.
