State Championship

I rented this property for my family and friends. We all traveled to see our kids play in the state Championship game. The property is very clean and spacious. The response time with receiving a call back was timley and professional. The kitchen was well stocked. I give the property a 5Star all around.

The property is original to the Killearn development so it is tired. There has not been many updates other than the kitchen and master bath. The shower in the master bath is amazingly big! The paint seemed to be DIY. The wood floors were awesome. The layout was just what we needed for our gathering. Space for games, the kids to run around, plenty of eating tables (2). The cleaning was less then we had hoped. I had to bring a leaf blower to clean off the front steps & sidewalk as well as the back porch in order not to track leaves and sand into the home. The showers, tubs and sinks could use a deep clean. The garage had stuff just tossed in there. As you can see there is a mixed bag of good and not so good. I did a brief survey of our family that stayed there and most described the home as tired. It has tons of potential if cleaned and finished. The back porch could be amazing but the idea just wasn't finished. We understand as investors you are trying to get the most out of your property financially, but there needs to be an investment made (and completed) on the front side. The Hosts, Shana & Klive were fast to respond and were gracious to allow us to check in early and check out a hour later. Thanks for that. All in all ... we would stay here again. We know what to expect and can live with that. Peace

Exceeded my expectations!

My daughter recently turned 16. Instead of throwing her a "Sweet 16th" birthday party, we rented this home for the weekend with three of her best friends. They had the time of their life, just hanging around the house, playing board games, watching movies & spending time together. We actually had much more planned to do for the weekend, but they loved the house so much that we ended up spending most of our time there. Shana emailed to check and make sure everything was okay (and it was better than okay). We just had a wonderful bonding experience. We've already decided that we're going to do it again (really soon). The house was clean, roomy and comfortable. They all ended up staying in the master suite while we were there, so there were 2 rooms (& 3 beds) that we didn't even use. It was a wonderful stay and a great experience. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, because this house AND the host deserve so much more.

OFF TO A ROCKY START

The property was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked and all appliances in good working order. Huge backyard and playhouse that my younger grand child really enjoyed. We arrived as required a few minutes after 4 PM but could not gain entry to the property. The incorrect dates had been entered into the electronic key system by the host. Initially we were not able to contact the host, so we resorted to calling VRBO. We finally gained access about 8 PM. For our purposes the location of the property was perfect with a variety of shopping and restaurants nearby. There was a problem with the sound on the Smart TV in the master but a tech was dispatched to correct that. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this property. The hosts were pleasant and followed up while we were there to make sure we were enjoying the property.
