Get out of town and still feel like you're at home. Located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located close to downtown. There is a fenced in backyard for when you need to travel with your pets, and a perfect set up for those who need to work from home. Fireplace is not available for use.

Truly enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a church conference and loved staying at the house! Great location for getting to shops or interstate that we needed. Loved the garage attachment because we were in/out at late times. Plenty of space for our family. Everything we needed to make the stay convenient was there. Definitely would stay here again!

Graduation stay

Our stay here was perfect! From arriving late after a full-day of driving and being welcomed with front porch lights one; to being able to utilize the garage with pickup bed full of moving items for our daughter; to the coziness of the home; to the welcoming neighborhood cat! Our stay was perfect - thank you!

Perfect place for our visit

We loved this house. It was very clean and comfortable. The dogs loved the fenced yard and it was really nice to have a garage to park in. The location was also very convenient.

Great stay!!!

Wonderful home which was very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. It is a mature home that was tastefully remodeled and had everything needed for your stay. Super easy to find, access and just around the corner from the Children's museum. One added note - the listing says two bedrooms but it is actually three with a divider between the two queen beds. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Second time

Second time we've stayed here. Great spot for our family. Kitchen has all the things we need to cook meals. Office for me to work remotely as needed. Fenced in backyard for the pups.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay with Elizabeth. We have had a difficult time finding nice, clean stays during our visits to Indianapolis. The kitchen was well equipped and Elizabeth was very responsive. Overall, the stay was very comfortable for our family.

Cozy Indy Home

This property was a great place to vacation while in the city. Huge 4k TV to go along with the comfy couch. Elizabeth was very prompt to answer any communications. Plenty of amenities and soft linens. The garage was a great perk since it snowed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

More than what we expected

The owner was very responsive and has keyless entry. The house was beautiful, clean, well decorated, comfortable. It was a home away from home. So much space and it Had all then amenities you would want and more. The beds were very comfortable and even had power strips on each side of the bed. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and the park nearby. Added bonus was the garage. It was able to fit my husbands Chevy Silverado. It was within 10-15 from anywhere you would want to go. The owner thought of everything and executed it brilliantly.

Well decorated, clean inside. Neighborhood up and coming?

Overall we had a nice stay at the property. Property was clean and well decorated. Communication was overall very good. Property owner was responsive.Neighborhood near Children's Museum would be "up can coming"? A variety of housing types. I wouldn't feel safe walking alone at night. We were woken up the last night to what sounded like pounding on the front door, but owner didn't see someone on the camera when we reported. We got in late, parked in the garage off the ally but there wasn't a light in the garage so unpacking car was a bit difficult. Property owner wasn't able to replace the light bulb the week we were there, and there is a man door code to get into/lock the garage, but it wasn't working.Basic kitchen supplies to cook what we needed. Was very nice to have extra paper towels and dish pods provided.I shared with property owner to suggest to cleaning people to have dishtowels in the kitchen and towels/washcloths in each bathroom as we had to hunt for those. Also suggest additional chairs at dining table since large table but only 4 chairs and property sleeps more. We just pulled in the office chairs.The master bedroom bed was overall comfortable, but the side of the bed near the bathroom is definitely sloping. Front rooms closer to street are good, but street lights do shine in so not totally dark.There is a porch and back deck, but no chairs to sit on.Overall, a nice stay.

Amazing location, well maintained property

I reserved this home in Indy so that my family and I could view the total solar eclipse - which was incredible! The house was in a great location, so close to downtown and tons of restaurant options. We went walking each morning in the neighborhood which was quiet and safe - we walked along the nearby river which was so nice. Command Coffee is withing walking distance and we enjoyed their coffee very much. We also ordered chicken and french fries from the King Food Mart Steak and Lemonade shop at the end of the block - ask for them to add lemon pepper to it if you order, so good. Having the garage available in the alley behind the house was great, our vehicle was secure and we never had to worry about parking. The house was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed so that our group of 5 could stay comfortably. The host made sure we had everything we needed to easily check in and check out.

Wonderful

We were in town for an event. This home was spacious, clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Location was easy to get anywhere. Use of the garage was nice. Internet was good. We had one small problem but it was corrected in no time. Elizabeth is quick and easy to work with. I will stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing Rental!

This was one of the BEST rental houses we have ever had! 100% clean, BEAUTIFUL, easy check-in, secure, garage is wonderful due to otherwise on street parking, spacious, close to everywhere we needed to be in Indianapolis. We would come back in a second!
