Cozy and romantic one room (400 sq ft) log cabin, spectacular waterfront sunset views on beautiful 70,000 acre lake! Luxurious King size bed, loveseat with big screen TV for movie night! Extra shower outdoors, fabulous screened porch, small beach for floating your cares away, enjoying a sunset glass of wine, or gazing at incredible starry night...

Note: We have a security camera at the shared driveway entry gate that monitors the neighborhood road plus first 30 ft of shared driveway.

Perfect! We had a great vacation. This place is so private and peaceful and beautiful!!! Our bed was so comfortable. The view is unbelievable with beautiful sunsets and surrounded by water where we could kayak, paddle board, fish and swim. Highly recommend!

Wonderful cabin with a gorgeous view.

Love, love, love this cute cabin. The shower is awesome, the bed is super comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The lake and beach was awesome. I can't wait to go again.

Nice and quiet stay

This cabin was everything we were looking for in a quick getaway. The sunsets are amazing to watch over the water. The owner is helpful and accommodating.

Couple Getaway

Sweet little cabin in Modoc right on the water with an amazing sunset view. Perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed. My husband and I brought our boat and had an enjoyable week on the water. Mark was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Nice Enough

Good response time on checking in. Appreciate that for sure. Overall - nice but room for improvement. Things that someone else might never notice. Extra towels for long hair ladies. Sharp knives to cut food when cooking. Better discussion of hidden location of rental. I host for another short term rental company and know that it's not an easy task.

Perfect Location

Fished the Big Bass Tournament on Clark's Hill this weekend with my Son and Grandson. Location of this property and the accommodations were perfect. Lots of memories made! We will definitely stay again!

Great place! Here to watch my son - great parking (even for a boat and truck)! Nice for a solo or couple. Great view - right on the water - 20 minutes to good restaurants and shopping. Excellent host communication! Would stay again!

2nd Time! Awesome again!

Great lil get away. 2nd time staying at this location, perfect for a quiet reset into the new year. Charming cottage, love the screened in porch (2), great space to kick back, love hearing the lake sounds. Nice bathroom with washer/dryer. Ample areas to sit for board games, reading, zoning out, eating. Thank you Mark! Host respects the process.

Stunning location

We loved our stay! Very private and absolutely stunning scenery. The water pressure was amazing and a nice surprise. There is a longer walk and steps to get to the cabin, which may not be ideal for anyone with mobility concerns. It is the perfect little getaway for a couple!

Best romantic getaway

This property is exactly as it shows online. Clean, quaint and quiet. Kitchen was well equipt as we like to cook ourselves as opposed to eating out. Bed was very comfortable. Shower is very large and the outdoor shower was great to rinse off from the private beach area. There are several places to sit and relax while taking in the beautiful views of the lake, which our little dog just loved. This is the perfect place for a couples getaway!

Perfect little getaway

We had a wonderful weekend here! The view was gorgeous, and we really enjoyed having the screened in porch. The cabin was equipped with upscale features, and the bed was so comfortable. We also really loved being able to have our little dog with us. We hope to be back!
