The living space is open concept with an adjoining dining room and has patio doors to the screened in lanai. Popular floor plan with principle bedroom on one side of home and separate wing with 2 additional bedrooms on other side of main living area. Spacious primary bedroom with comfortable king bed, huge walk in closet and 4 piece bath with ample cabinetry. Second king room and third bedroom has two twin beds. Also included is a 4 seater gas golf cart (the best way to travel in The Villages). Propane BBQ grill with all utensils.
Minutes to Laurel Manor pool and Recreation Centre, Lake Miona, Palmer Legends Country Club, Bridgeport Pool & Rec Center, Winn-Dixie and numerous shops and restaurants of Sumter.
