The property need to be checked for mold, was ill and left. No a/c but window unit. Odor from snok

Left property host didn't reply to call they left for emergency. Vrbo need to check property for future booking. I need to know who to contract about a refund. False advertisement.

was very clean, had games and a karaoke machine provided, ashtrays provided, and overall very nice house! i had a great time for my birthday thanks to this house, definitely would stay again and already have recommended it to friends!

What we expeected.

China, the property manager was really nice, responsive and accommodating. While the heater was down, she gave us space heaters. The heater was fixed the next day. Southwest Philadelphia can have its rough areas so be careful. We grew up in neighborhoods very much like Southwest Philadelphia so it was comfortable for us. (Thanks for being a great host, China!)

What You See Is What You Get! Beautiful!

The place was really nice for my small Birthday Game Night! The floors were really sticky I believe from the host mopping and whatever product they use because you could definitely see they were clean so I definitely had my guest and myself take off our shoes at the door. The area is pretty rough as well as parking. I had to park around the block and that’s not an area you just wanna walk around by yourself, but of course THE AREA AND PARKING IS NOT SOMETHING THE HOST CAN FIX SO ITS NOT THEIR FAULT. I would definitely book again and just try to get there exactly at check in time so I have a good parking spot and then not go back out lol. Overall great stay and the host is very friendly! 4.85 out of 5 (only because of the area, parking, and a few minor things)

I loved this property. The house is very nice and clean. I didn't have any problems so there was no need to contact the owner but she was very helpful in the beginning with the check in process. I would definitely book again.

Great for gatherings

Very nice & cozy had my ladies night here it was fun. She had everything you needed plenty of space. Definitely booking this property again. Only thing is the parking but hey this place is worth the hassle.

Great Stay

Very comfy and cozy, stocked with games, cookware, pretty much anything you’ll need. Despite the scarcity of parking and look of the area it was a pretty quite neighborhood and we had no issues. Host was very nice and helpful as well.

Experience

Very Nice Host , No Problems With Contacting The Host , The House Was Very Clean , Mostly Quiet & Nice Neighborhood , The Block Is Kindaa Small But Overall It Was A Great Experience . Everything You Need Is Right Around The Corner .. Like Clothing Stores , Food Places , Supply Stores , Laundry Mat & All . If Anyone Is Looking To Book A Home , It Would Be This One .
