Enjoy trophy fishing, water sports, paddling, 4-wheeling, hiking sunsets without ever leaving the property. Swimming on private white sand beaches, gorgeous lake and mountain views throughout. Watch for Moose, Deer, Loons and other abundant wildlife on the preserve property. End your evenings under a star lit sky and warm bonfire in the multiple fire pits around the property.

The property consists of multiple camp sites that are accessible for additional RV's or tent camping for large gatherings like reunions, weddings, etc. Several sites have electric available. This property is only available to one guest or group each rental period so the entire property is yours to explore!.

This is the ideal vacation venue for the ultimate seclusion venue or to share memories with multiple families. If you are considering a family retreat, reunion corporate event, or experience a unique mountain experience, you won't be disappointed. I am an outdoor enthusiast who hikes, rides enjoys and stewards the land in the Adirondacks. Remodeling and improving properties is my hobby and they are typically not the average type of setting. The properties owned are always well kept and considered unique and special. Sharing these experiences and venues with others gives me satisfaction.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property is so unique, I'm not even sure if there is anything like it to rent anywhere in the country. The 850 acres is almost entirely accessible by hike, bike ATV/UTV and vehicle. The entire lake is privately owned for exclusive use and the gated property is adjacent to State land and 50+ thousand acres of forestry management. My family and friends have memorable times and walk away relaxed yet invigorated by the activities available each day.

I am not an aviator, but my pilot friends have suggested the lake allows for a float plane to access. There is also a Helicopter landing area at high elevation for safe access. There are other regional airports nearby and transportation can be provided from airport to property.

This is a 100 +/- acre lake that spans more than a half mile with a narrows section and multiple access points for views, campfires, tent camping. Currently, there is one lean-to with others planned for next year.
