This stylish, peaceful & private villa is located in the heart of Maenam. A short drive to arguably one of the most stunning beaches on Koh Samui, the modern villa is located within a safe and secure development of a handful of villas. Samui Palm Villa consists of two en-suite bedrooms perfect for up to 4 guests. Set amongst the tranquil coconut trees the Villa is also close to the amenities of Maenam, Fisherman’s Village and Chaweng offering the perfect balance of comfort, location & price.

The villa was completed in 2020 and provides a real home from home for guests. The location was chosen due to its proximity to all the major attractions on Koh Samui whilst still allowing the feeling of being immersed in a semi-rural Thai environment.

We would advise either a car or scooter hire to get around and can recommend a local provider that can offer a seamless process for rentals delivered directly to the property. We can also liaise with our local agent concerning any requirements you may have.

The two beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms offer a real taste of tropical luxury for our guests. Simply yet stylishly designed, french doors open from both bedrooms directly onto the large patio allowing direct access to the infinity pool and outdoor Sala area with comfortable and relaxing lounge furniture. There are also sun loungers on the deck and the property is surrounded by a walled garden with an electric gate.

The lounge offers both sitting and dining areas and is complemented by a large Smart TV and fibre optic wi-fi. There is also a quality sofa-bed in the lounge if required. In addition there is a fully fitted kitchen at your disposal and the property has air-conditioning throughout.

The pool is cleaned twice a week and the garden and villa itself once a week during your stay.

Guests can dine in the plentiful array of restaurants in the heart of Maenam, just a 5 minute drive away or venture to the beautiful Fisherman’s Village in Bophut, 8-10 minutes away or Chaweng approximately 15 minutes.

The stunning Maenam beach is a 7 minute drive away from the property and the Santiburi golf course is approximately a ten minute drive.

The property is all we would have wished for when visiting Thailand over the past 25 years, relaxed, informal and a lovely place to unwind and base yourself whilst exploring the beauty of Koh Samui. We look forward to welcoming you……..
