It has immediate access to Van Andel, DeVos, Medical Mile, GVSU, John Ball Zoo, and dozens of restaurants and bars. This welcoming space is completely remodeled featuring stylish decor with a cozy, home away from home feel. It has a fully loaded kitchen with a coffee station, on-site laundry, fast Wi-Fi, Hulu, and free street parking.

This amazing apartment is in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. My neighbors are quiet and friendly working professionals. The apartment is in a residential area, just blocks from all the exciting treasures that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer... museums, festivals, fireworks, sporting events (and its Beer City designation) have brought in visitors from around the world.

Cute place in older home, right by John Ball Zoo!

I really enjoyed our stay here, it's very welcoming, comfortable & cozy! Stephanie is a wonderful host, and was very easy to contact. We were on the 1st floor, and it has a nice porch to sit and enjoy your morning coffee!

Great spot to explore GR

This place was great! Super clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Weren’t there during the day much as we were out exploring the city, but it was very close to downtown, Van Andel arena, and so much more. Walking distance to a couple coffee shops was great too. Stephanie was a great host!

Spotlessly clean and great stay near downtown Grand Rapids

This property was spotless and so clean. It was perfect for a weekend stay for two adults and two dogs. We were able to walk the neighborhood and visit local restaurants and cafes.

Very clean inside but the floors from upper unit are loud and squeaky.

Very easy and quick to communicate with owner. This is in a little older and not a real kept up area. We did feel totally safe in this area though. Need to know this is an older 2 story house. This is the lower unit and you can plainly hear all the walking and floor squeaking from above unit at all hours. This unit was very clean and updated but is a oldet home. Curbside appeal and entrance needs work and cleanup.

Cozy Retreat

This rental was perfect for my partner and I while staying here for two nights. We both worked from this space and there was plenty in room at the table for both of us to work. We both used our hotspots on our phones to work because the wifi wasn’t the strongest for the two of us, but we didn’t mind. The kitchen was small but had all the pots , pans, and utensils you need to make meals. Stephanie was super responsive and kind! We would definitely come back!
