Good Humor is all about relaxation! Step outside in the backyard area to have a drink at the Tiki Bar, go for a dip in your Private Pool, or unwind in the hot tub. You'll love the Outdoor Showers and Outdoor Bathroom conveniently located by the pool. An Outdoor Rec Area also features a Pool Table and cozy Lounge Furniture. Inside, enjoy your favorite summer blockbuster in the Home Theater Room. Two bedrooms are located on the Ground Level that share access to a Full Hallway Bathroomâa Queen Bedroom and a room perfect for the kids with a Pyramid Bunk Bed and Twin Bed built into a fun and fantastical Boat Frame.
You'll find the Main Entry to this fantastic home on the Middle Level along with 4 Bedrooms and a large Living Area with a Flat Screen TV, Direct TV & DVD Player.
