Between November and April, the nights in Arizona can be chilly. We have a new pool heater and a pool cover that retains the heat overnight to keep the pool temperature within range (80 to 85 degrees F). This is a similar temperature range to what you'd experience at a nearby 5-star hotel.

We have a (free) pool heater and an energy efficient pool cover that retains the heat from the pool heater overnight to keep the pool temperature within range (80 to 85 degrees F). This is an identical temperature range to what you'd experience at a nearby 5-star hotel.

For guests to get the most out of the heated pool, we ask that you replace the pool cover after swimming. It's quite easy and is essential to trapping the heat during Fall, Winter and Spring.

Great location and super comfortable

Loved this place. The pool is awesome. We loved Lorenzo Lama, the pool float. It was centrally located to everything. You won’t be disappointed!

Great location for Old Town

House is exactly as pictured. Very convenient to Old Town, Botanical Garden, and Zoo. North Scottsdale is also only 20 minutes away. Craig is super quick to respond. Loved the pool. Included pool heat was a nice touch. Just sitting in the yard watching the many birds was nice too.

Excellent VRBO

This was a lovely house in a nice neighborhood in Scottsdale. Property was very clean and communication with property management/owners was great! Would highly recommend and would stay here again the next time I'm in the area. Also a quick walk to a delicious breakfast/brunch spot and donut shop!

Weekend in Scottsdale

The house was as described. Great location, very clean and well decorated. Backyard was perfect for lounging in the pool and enjoying coffee under the covered porch. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great location to Scottsdale Artists’ School!

Three of us shared this house for the week and found it great for space and location to SAS. It is only an 8 min drive. Found a great coffee shop a short distance away for expresso based coffee as we are not fans of Keureg. It’s a great ppty with nice kitchen, laundry facilities and lots of room. We recommend it!

Perfect stay

This home was perfect for our family of 4 and could easily hold another family of 4. The kids really enjoyed the pools and floaties. The house was absolutely spotless and beds were so comfy! Great location as there are restaurants close enough we could walk to.

Everything was exactly as described. Property, inside and out, was clean, tidy, obviously well cared for. Host replied quickly to a couple of questions we had which we appreciated. This home is meticulously clean and has everything you could possibly need, and then some! Coffee, tea, snacks, extra towels and pool floats were all readily available. Plenty of room for dining both inside and out. Great heated pool! 4 TVs! Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful place to vacation!

Relax to the max

We had a wonderful stay- @ The Good Vibes property, for sure! Coming to AZ - all we wanted was to relax, lay poolside, shop, do some site seeing and that we did! The pool side was wonderful along with all other accommodations the home had to offer! Anything we needed or questions, the owners were quick to respond! This property is close to the airport, safe neighborhood- all the good things! We had a great accommodations make all the difference- This will be a repeat for sure!

Amazing stay. Immaculate and super comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, great kitchen, super comfortable beds, spacious! Can not say enough great things about this location, except be sure to book more time than you think you’ll need because time goes by so fast and you’ll want to stay longer! And that shower in the master bathroom…brilliant!

Spacious Old Town Scottsdale home with great backyard and heated pool

Well-equipped home with large dining areas, both indoors and outdoors. Enjoyed many swims and playtimes in heated backyard pool. House located on quiet street very close to Greenbelt, where we walked and biked. Owner Craig always responded immediately to our questions.
