Sunny Isles Beach is a paradise destination located on the northern end of Miami Beach. Le Cartier Condo Complex features an amazing central location in one of the most prominent areas of Miami. And it’s only a short 10 minutes walk to the beach.

This beautiful 900 sq. feet unit is ideal for families with children as well as couples, business travelers. The condo is a walking distance to one of the best beaches in Miami, multiple playgrounds, great restaurants with well known cuisines from around the world, many shops, supermarkets and so much more.
The building has a ground level heated pool and a free parking for one car.
This condo is fully furnished with flat screen TV, free WiFi, new appliances, new kids bedroom set and good quality furniture throughout the unit.
The unit offers living room, dining room, full kitchen, balcony and two bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, full bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers twin over twin bunk bed, one single twin bed, a bathroom and a separate walk-in shower.
Guests will have access to the entire property using magnetic fobs to enter pool areas, garage and front lobby.
All guests have to observe rules of the building provided and posted throughout the complex by the condo association.

The neighborhood is very clean and safe, beaches and parks are in excellent condition due to the luxurious resorts and hotels in the area.

Across the street from the condo building you can enjoy a great family park (Senator Gwen Margolis Park) with children's covered and fenced playground, large soccer field ideal for running and playing, multiple tables and benches for lunch or snack occasions. The children can also enjoy Samson Oceanfront Park located near the beach walking distance from the unit.

Aventura Mall is South Florida's premier shopping destination and its located a short 10 minutes car drive or 20 minutes bus ride from the condo.

There are many shopping centers within walking distance, Milam's Market grocery store, European delis/cafes Kalinka and Matreshka, Mozart Cafe, great restaurants with well known cuisines from around the world, Walgreens, CVS, banks, gas stations, multiple children playgrounds and parks.

During your stay you are responsible for your own cleaning, laundry, washing up your dishes, emptying your garbage, etc. Laundry room is conveniently located right across from the unit. And garbage disposal is a short walk from the unit. The building has an elevated which is located close to the unit.

Age to rent the unit is 25 and over !!!!
Maximum 4 adults staying!!!!

Check in is between 4pm-11pm only.
NO check in after 11 pm.
Check out is at 10am.
Before your arrival at the condo, it is important to provide us with the time frame of your arrival at the condo, so that we can coordinate the access to the front lobby because nobody is on site. The unit itself has a code lock on a door for initial entry.

Note that the cost for each lost key set is $100, lost laundry card fee is $20
