Ta med dig din familj och vänner till denna stora lägenhet på Cherry Grove. Det har tillgång till en vacker inlopp och Waites Island för crabbing, fiske, båtliv, kajakpaddling och andra vattensporter. Inloppet öppnar direkt till Atlanten med beskjutning, solbadning, cykling, etc. som finns i en urbevuxen miljö.

Lägenheten ligger i ett vänligt gated community med en stor pool, tennisbanor, grillplats utomhus och bekväm parkering. Balkongen har utsikt över poolen och aktiviteter på framsidan och en liten privat balkong med utsikt över myren i ryggen. De tre sovrummen har väggmonterade TV / DVD-kombinationer samt en platt skärm i hallen.

Enheten ligger på 2: a våningen och har nyligen renoverats. Det innehåller ett fullt utrustat kök. Hytten har en sovsofa med dubbelsäng, en ny läderstol och flera stolar. En tabell för att äta eller spela är tillgänglig samt två barstolar.

Kom till North Myrtle Beach och njut av det roliga, frolic eller lugn och ro - allt på en dag! Cherry Grove ligger en kort bilresa från Little River för golf, djuphavsfiske och kasinobåtar.

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time on our vacation and we really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is absolutely perfect. It's quiet and right next to the ocean and river marsh. It was easy to get to and was close to everything we needed; restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. I would highly recommend this property to any family looking to stay in North Myrtle beach that enjoys the quieter vacation. Absolutely loved our vacation. Cannot wait to go back.

Condo was nice, spacious for a family of 6. Having the pool close was nice to bait on the balcony and watch the kids swim. Very short distance to walk to the beach or inlet. Owners very quick to answer questions or concerns

Best of both worlds

Condo is in a great location.. a short walk to peace and serenity on the inlet or a shot walk to waves and the ocean. This was our first stay here and we enjoyed it. 8 ft Pool was an added bonus for kids.kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook. Beds were comfy. Only three short flights of steps to room was nice as well. Furniture could use some updating but hey I’m here for the beach. Didn’t bother us as we bring our own sheets to cover where we sit. I would recommend it . I think you would be very satisfied staying here. Owners are nice and quick to communicate.

Peaceful and relaxing

Awesome condo with the most relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The channel side does not disappoint with its wildlife and the most amazing sunsets. The ocean side is not crowded and provides amazing views of the beach and ocean.

Great place to stay

Everything we hoped for!

Our stay was so wonderful! The location is perfect! A short walk to the inlet or the beach. We alternate days on each, but we loved having the inlet so close! The condo was very spacious and clean. The rooms are laid out exactly as we had hoped! We used the community pool every evening. Used the grill several times. 2nd floor is perfect! Not many steps, but still high enough for a great view! We also had great communication with the owner! We will definitely be staying here again! We are thankful for a great vacation!

Our unit has a nice pool view and is a most sought after 3 bedroom unit, giving all in our party a private room & bath. It is a short jaunt to the beach which is lovely and much less crowded on the point where the sound meets the ocean.

As always wonderful.

My 6th year staying in this condo, it’s great. My family’s 32nd year staying at IPV all 50 + of us love it. Although over the years if anyone rented from Elliott Realty it was always a less than pleasant experience. We love VRBO.

We are both retired South Carolina educators who love the beach and all it has to offer. We enjoy the safety and security of the gated community, morning and evening walks on the beach, lounging by the pool, shelling, reading, and relaxing.

We chose this condo because it is quiet and overlooks both the inlet and the ocean. It is also convenient to lots of shopping and local restaurants! It is easy to maneuver about without getting caught in the heavy beach traffic.
