Den har höga 14 ft tak, ett kök med granit pentry, rostfritt vitvaror, kylskåp, frys, ismaskin, ny 2 brännare spis, ny mikrovågsugn, lampor i kökslådor och skåp. Det har kirsebærtre laminatgolv, queen size säng w / memory foam madrass, 50 "plattskärms-TV i vardagsrummet, 32" platt-TV i sovrummet, nya takfläktar, allt nytt badrum, kronformning hela med inbyggd belysning på dimmer växlar och även rep belysning på taket i hela lägenheten för en mysig, avkopplande känsla.

Denna lägenhet har en gemensam veranda med 2 sittplatser på en stor wrap runt balkong.

Det finns en pool på ett lägenhetskomplex som du kan använda bara några kvarter bort. Du måste hämta en nyckel på vårt fastighetsförvaltningskontor.

Dantes Pool & Raw Bar ligger på 951 Caroline St, som har en stor pool, full bar och grill. Det är en kort cykeltur bort.

Community Center ligger ett kvarter bort vid 300 Catherine St. som har en stor pool, picknickbord, basketplaner och lekplats.

Bara 3 korta kvarter bort ligger sydligaste stranden och sydligaste punkten på Atlanten. Också, några kvarter bort är Fort Zachary Taylor Beach som ligger 20 minuters promenad.

The place was great. It was a very cute little apartment with kitchen and living room area. Great location half a block off of Duval two blocks to the southern most point in the. Us. A little confusing about which building and which apartment it was but once we figured it out everything was great.

Great location vacation spot

Very nice accomodations, eclectic artsy vibe. Steps from Duval, we walked almost everywhere or took the free Duval Loop bus. Perfect vacation, would stay here again!

Great location

Just a half block off Duval St! You could hear the music and crowd noise from the balcony but not inside. Fun vibe with colorful decor. Comfortable bed and hot shower. There were a couple of small issues that management took care of right away. Be prepared for 21 steps up to apartment! Also, we could hear the person in the next apartment, so not soundproof between rooms.

Key West Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend trip to Key West and the one bedroom unit was tastefully decorated with the Key West theme and only steps away from Duval Street and a few blocks to a pocket beach.

Great location

Absolutely loved the location, a little off the quiet end of Duval Street. The wrap around porch was so pleasant to sit on and enjoy the weather. Be warned it is small but the outdoor area really helps.

Great location & communication

It was just like pictures. Great location & communication with owners & property manager. Only complaints were plants by window & blind on door don’t give much privacy. Was glad to be on 2nd floor for that reason. And floors were really dirty.

Loved everything!

I cannot stress how amazing the location is enough! It’s just a couple steps to duval and easy walking to everything convenient. The place was spotless, many extras were provided (linens, tp, paper towels). Check in was a breeze and questions answered right away. I highly recommend eating at Old Town Tavern. We enjoyed it so much we ate there two out of three days-if we had found it the first day it would have been three out of three.

This property was in a perfect location. Walking distance to everything you need. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo as we were enjoying the city. Cute place and would stay there again.

Inaccurate description of property

Nowhere on the listing does it mention that the only entrance to this 2nd floor unit is via a very steep 21 step outside backless staircase which is located in the side yard. When making the reservation, I told the owners that I had a service animal and they never thought to warn about the steep access made even worse with luggage. It was a complete disaster for us and the dog during a rainy Friday and Saturday and clear Sunday. In addition, the WIFI didn't work while it was raining and the manager said WIFI is shared with the 8 units in the building and is difficult in rainy weather and agreed that the unit needed some attention. The place has attractive décor but needs updating and cleaning. The glasses and dishes were not properly washed, the bathroom needed scrubbing and the heavy blankets looked liked they hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. I cannot recommend this accommodation.

This was one of the easiest HomeAway rentals we have ever had. Deb and Wolfgang were very attentive to all our messages and responded within minutes. Great people to rent from!

Very Nice Apartment

Great 4 day stay in Key West. The apartment was the perfect size for us two. Very cozy and comfortable. Deb and Wolfgang were very easy to communicate with. The livingroom door and window didnt have any shades or curtains so, it was a little awkward when people were walking by. We had a makeshift curtain for the last couple of days. Loved the shower; it was roomy. The pictures for the listing didn't do it justice. The decor is very colorful and cheery. Wolfgangs artwork is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was on the second floor which was okay. Parking is a bit of a problem but, we found a spot and didnt use the car again until we left. The location is decent. Its on the quieter south end off of Duval St. We used the Duval Loop, a free bus service, to get around to our destinations and, it worked out perfect. We do wish there was more storage for clothes. The closet was small with only a few hangers. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding accommodations and squeaky clean, Steps from Duvall street

Very well maintained and clean bright colors and a cheerful place to stay. We set on balcony and had morning coffee. Very good and reasonably priced breakfast across street at Ocean grille. Rode our bikes along sea wall great time.

La Te Da restaurant is a 1 minute walk on Duval Street and has nightly live entertainment, dancing, large outside bar, courtyard dining, great for people watching, great drinks.

Just 1 short block away is Flamingo Crossing who has great homemade ice cream and frozen yogurt.

A few blocks away is Blue Heaven restaurant which is tropical, has outside seating, live music, chickens walking around, and has their own baker who makes their own breads and desserts.

Key West has over 200 restaurants and bars.

Southernmost Beach on the Atlantic Ocean is just 3 short blocks away.

A car is not necessary with this location! Walk to all shops, restaurants, bars and beaches of Old Town Key West!
