This 2 br condo is on the 1st floor of Brighton, located in Kingston Resort. It has been renovated with new LVP flooring, new Paint, new bedding and new tables. There are beautiful views of the ocean that can be enjoyed from the breakfast bar, dining table, living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms. Free parking, and free high speed WiFi (200 Mbps) and linens included.

The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. It included everything needed for a great stay. This was our 9th year staying at a property within Kingston and it again exceeded all expectations. We love this area of Myrtle Beach!

Bright and relaxing home

Brighton 103 is an easy access, wonderful ocean view condo. Ample room and nice porch. Well appointed. Enjoyed meeting other guests and some owners in the pools. Very friendly.

We would stay again!

Great location, steps from the beach! Everything was a 10 to 30 minute drive and we were able to order Walmart delivery, so convenient. The condo had everything we needed and I really liked that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the condo so everyone was able to have their privacy. We could sit out on the balcony and watch and listen to the ocean. This is certianly a spot that we would stay again!

Brighton Stay

Our stay at Brighton was wonderful. The condo was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and everyone had enough space to themselves! Only suggestions for improvements are new smart TVs and the furnace was a bit loud in the hallway. Neither suggestion dramatically impacted our stay - we would definitely stay here again! The host responded to every question thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Clean, Comfortable, and Great Beach Location

My husband and I have just returned from another wonderful stay at 103 Brighton @ Kingston Plantation. To our surprise it has been redecorated beautifully since our last visit with fresh paint, new furniture, and comfy bedding. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the Black Drum Brewery. We enjoyed taking the shuttle to the outlets and local restaurants. 103 Brighton is our favorite place to vacation. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Wonderful vacation spot

Make sure you screen shot the Wi-Fi information before you enter because once on property we had very little cell signal. There is nothing on property that tells you Wi-Fi information. But once connected to the Wi-Fi had no issues. Beautiful space, close to the beach, with all the amenities we needed. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and board. Made it so we didn’t have to pack those things. So enjoyed this space and will rent again.

Perfectly located with stunning ocean views, this beach condo offered the ideal relaxing getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach vacation condo! The location was perfect—just steps away from the sand and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunrise.

Pleasant stay at Brighton Tower

Our stay was so pleasant. The check in process was smooth and the manager was very responsive to requests. It was my first time booking a condo for vacation and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The location is beautiful and convenient for other activities. The condo was very clean. The size accomodated everyone in our family. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Brighton Tower has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrises from the balcony and the evenings for awesome sunsets.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
