Located directly across from Park City Mountain you're just a short walk to the lifts and guaranteed to always enjoy first tracks without any of the hassles of parking or traffic.

THE PROPERTY

This two-bed, two-bath condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a bedroom on the main level and a second loft bedroom located upstairs. The primary suite upstairs is generously appointed with a King bed and ensuite bath. On the main level, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, a second full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with a memory foam sofa bed.

If you're looking to fuel up before hitting the slopes or enjoy a relaxing night in after a long day hitting the powder stash you'll love the full-size kitchen stocked with everything you need to create your favorite meals. The wrap-around kitchen island easily fits 6 guests for dining. After dinner settle in and snuggle up in front of the floor-to-ceiling stacked rock, wood-burning fireplace. Extra entertainment is easy to find with the large-screen smart TVs equipped with cable and easy access to login and stream all your favorites.

With little extras including a fun kids' lounge that gives the littles in the group a private space to escape to and a balcony offering unobstructed views of the mountain and municipal golf course perfect for enjoying a beverage or two as the sun goes down over Pinecone Ridge, the Snowgum Adventure Loft will soon be your favorite place to stay while visiting Park City.

THE LOCATION

Park City is a prime destination for all avid skiers and snowboarders. Walk to the slopes of Park City Mountain, which connects to Iron Mountain, Deer Valley Resort, Bald Eagle Mountain, and Bald Mountain.

Explore the town of Park City from right outside the condo's doors. Park City's famous Main St. as well as numerous supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance or easily accessed on the free transit system. With this condo's great location, we suggest skipping the car during the winter season, located right on the free bus route, it's easy to get from place to place and avoid all the traffic and parking frustrations. Should you decide to bring a vehicle this property provides free parking for one vehicle.

If you're traveling during summer, the area offers mountain biking, hiking, alpine slides, zipline tours, and so much more.

The Sundance Film Festival is the largest independent film festival and actively advances the work of independent storytellers in film and theater. Many of the venues for the festival will be within walking distance!

Guest access

Access is provided with a digital keypad. The door code and check-in details will be proved 48 hours prior to your arrival.

We are happy to provide you with pre-stay information on the area. We are available throughout your stay to address any issues that may arise and provide assistance. We are not on property but we are in town!

Other things to note

POOL and HOT TUB SEASON and HOURS:

SPRING: The pool and spa will close for spring when PCMR closes in April until Memorial weekend.

SUMMER: The pool and spa are open from Memorial weekend to September 30, from 10 am to 10 pm.

FALL: The pool and spa close from October 1 – the start of the ski season.

SKI SEASON: The pool and spa are open from 3 pm to 10 pm during ski season.

Summer Stay Information - Please note there is no central air conditioning in this unit. There are ceiling fans and a portable air-cooling unit in the loft. These accessories help keep the unit cool but it can become warm during hot summer days.

Please Note - This unit requires the ability to climb stairs. We are located on the third floor and there is no elevator. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of their government-issued ID that matches the name on the reservation and the credit card used for booking, and provide a credit card for damage deposit authorization in order to confirm the reservation.
