This home is perfect for couples, business travellers, families (with kids) and groups. It includes 4 large bedrooms PLUS a great downstairs bonus room with a pool table, gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and walk-out patio with an outdoor hot tub and outside fireplace. Nothing has been missed in this home! Enjoy the best that Whistler has to offer in an amazing location with all the amenities and extras included. This home can accommodate up to 10 guests.

A mere 5-10 minute walk to Whistler Village. Enjoy the closeness to the Valley trail which is a network of trails that connects all of Whistler. Made up of paved walkways for walking, hiking, and biking throughout all the best nature routes that Whistler has to offer, choose the way you would like to explore Whistler!

THE SPACE
Guests will have access to our secure double-car garage and can easily unload and store all skis and bikes here. Keep your car dry and away from the natural elements while you stay with us. Once you walk into the townhome from the private garage you will find a mud room/ laundry room as well as a bonus recreational room with a large flat-screen TV with cable and Netflix, a pool table and a large bedroom with a king-bed. On this floor, there is also a full bathroom as well that features a walk-in shower. The lower level patio leads you to the beautiful 8-person hot tub and covered outdoor fire pit.

You can also enter the home from the second level by taking the Fitzsimmons footpath to the unit. When entering from this level you will find a coat closet, a powder room and an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area. Enjoy a gourmet, fully stocked kitchen with Wolf appliances as well as a walk-out deck with a newly built-in BBQ making it perfect for entertaining in every season. Curate a tasty meal for your family and sit around the 8-person dining table creating memories. The spacious living area with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV allows for the perfect place to put your feet up after a long day on the hill.

The top floor provides the primary bedroom with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, a large closet, and a balcony with breathtaking mountain views. Enjoy an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a luxurious soaker tub and a massive walk-in shower.

The second room has bunk beds with single over double beds. This room would be great for travelling with children.

The third and final upstairs bedroom has a plush King bed and a flat-screen TV.

TVs:
ALL Bedrooms (except the one upstairs) are equipped with Apple TV. Our guests can also catch the game as well by enjoying Cable TV.

PARKING
Enjoy access to a double garage. Free and secure parking for up to 2 vehicles and space to store your skiing equipment is provided.

LAUNDRY
The in-suite laundry provides the ultimate convenience for our travelling guests.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Guests will access from their own front, secure and private entrance using a door code system. Guests can enjoy access to the entire home, including the patio with the private 8-person hot tub.

There is a nice nature trail along the river to walk or bike to town.

What can we say about Whistler Village? It's where everything happens in Whistler. The gondolas, the restaurants, the apres-ski, the nightlife... the list goes on... it is truly the magic of Whistler! The "village" is what it is all about.

The single-trip fare is $2.50. You may load all Whistler Transit Buses with your skis and snowboards. All Whistler Transit buses have bike racks on the front, able to carry 2 bikes per bus. Buses have special seating areas for strollers - some restrictions reply. Suitcases, parcels, and other large items are also welcome.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.

We ask our guests to take out all garbage and recycling when they leave. If this is not done, there will be a $150 charge after your reservation.

We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied

COVID19 Cleaning & Safety Considerations

Nestaide Management is exercising all precautions possible for the safety of our guests. Here are some ways we've changed our hosting practices due to COVID-19:

✔ Cleaning with bleach and alike products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens
✔ Use a germicidal disinfectant for the following high-touch surfaces: door and window handles, cabinet and drawer handles, TV remotes, and all light switches.

The comfort and safety of our guests are always a priority for us and we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to make any modifications to our precautions as needed.

Short term rental guests of less than 30 days may not invite other guests to the pool area that are not residing at Taluswood.
