You will enjoy this home tucked in a cul de sac in an established subdivision
It is a short drive (7 minutes) to Nash General Hospital, Event Center, Venues, The Mills, Sports Complex
Whether you are traveling personnel doing business in Rocky Mount / Greenville / Wilson / Zebulon or are visiting for local sports tournaments, family reunions, holiday events or passing by to Outerbanks, Washington DC or NYC. Close access to HWY 64 / I-95 and one hour from RDU Airport.
The space
This modern stylish 2800 sq. ft. home is the perfect space for Family or Corporate Stays to enjoy vacationing together. All the bedrooms, kitchen are on the first floor with a large second floor bonus/game room to bring the fun times to you.
Parking is on the large driveway (can fit 4 vehicles)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home. Upon arrival you will be given a security code to the front entrance of the home.

Sleeping arrangements:
Master Bedroom: Large bedroom with a king-size bed with attached luxury bathroom and closet space. This bathroom has both a standing shower and a jacuzzi.
Second Bedroom: This room has 2 double beds and has an attached closet and personal bathroom. Both the Master and this bedroom have Smart UHD TVs with Wifi.
Third Bedroom: This room has 2 twin beds with attached closet space.
All bedrooms have comfortable sheets, cozy comforters, fluffy pillows, and ceiling fans.
Bathroom: contains toiletries such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, silverware, and pots/pans.
Living Room: Comfortable seating for all the guests to Relax.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent.
Dining: Formal dining area and a breakfast nook adjust to the kitchen which oversees a spacious Sunroom for a relaxing dining experience.
Backyard: Great backyard space with outdoor seating.
