Si Es Vida Beach House
Brand new home in a gated neighborhood with many community amenities for all guests:
- Front gate security with fully fenced property
- Large CLEAN pool/Jacuzzi
- Shared office/working space with a/c and wifi
- Tennis/Basketball/Soccer Fields, Pool/Foosball

Close to the beach (<2 miles!), with lots of fun things to do in the area. Come see us!
The space
The house has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, with a slide out twin bed underneath as well. Additional sleeping area in the main living room with a pull out couch (double size, sleeps 2). Both bathrooms are equipped with a large shower. The backyard/patio is very private and has a covered patio with a grassy area as well. The kitchen is fully stocked for groups, and we provide coffee, tea, and many spices for all your cooking needs. TV in the living room for everyone to enjoy movies, shows, or music to share. Laundry room available to guests as well.

Guests will have full private access to the home.
Other things to note
This is a great remotely working space. Take a week off your normal space and book with us from Monday to Friday, we will give you extra discount for digital working nomads. After a day of work in our house or the co-working space, enjoy the pool and/or go to the beach, enjoy nice and accesible local "sodas" restaurants near our place.
