* A minimum rental period of 7 days is required, and occupancy is restricted to two adults plus one child under six per bedroom.

* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver's license)

* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and prior to arrival.

* When you make a reservation for this property, you authorize the property manager to employ a third-party service for identity verification and criminal background checks to confirm your booking. The property manager can furnish detailed terms related to guest screening upon request. You may receive an email to complete the screening. * Dog allowed - The breed and size of your dog are required. One dog is allowed during your stay, if more than one dog is to accompany you during your stay it must be preapproved and there may be an additional fee.

* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)

* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

* No fireworks

* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only

* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am
