PARKING: Parking lot (2 vehicles allowed April-October and only 1 vehicle November-February), snow days require cars moved out from 9AM-1PM. You may park in the City Park behind the building during these hours. Parking passes are provided inside the unit. Extra parking available in China Bridge Garage. You can also take the Park City shuttle to commute between resorts and also to Main Street. The bus stop is right out in the front of the house! Park City Mountain Resort is walkable with ski boots on (10min slight uphill).

HOA requires adherence to quiet hours and all-hours courteous behavior for neighbors, indoors and outside along walkways and parking lots. Noise complaints are taken seriously and may result in fines. Playing video games in units require headphone use at all times. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable deposit of $300 is collected after your booking, this fee is not a charge, but a hold on the card and the hold will be released within 7 days after checkout. Contact host if you are under 25 years of age.
