Litchfield Retreat offers resort-like condo living uniquely located within the quiet neighborhood of North Litchfield Beach coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand along one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Positioned directly across from beach access on second row makes it easy to come and go on foot. Carrying your favorite beach provisions is a breeze thanks to the wide boardwalk over low dunes with sloped ramps at each end.

Retreat amenities include the year-round outdoor pool tucked within a tropical courtyard of towering palm trees, central picnic grilling area, outdoor rinsing station along the beach path, wireless internet, three elevators, as well as two coin-operated laundry rooms with trash chutes on every floor.

Bring (or rent) bikes and pedal along the popular Waccamaw Neck Bikeway that passes through this community. Head north to Huntington Beach State Park to see shorebirds and other coastal wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and saltmarsh estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining, and explore the charm of Pawleys Island.

Southeast facing top floor condo offers updated interior, open concept common areas, vaulted ceiling, tile and wood floors, and covered balcony with long ocean view threading in, out and above the first-row beach homes. End condo position offers abundant natural light from the jumbo picture window with pleasant treetop view.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TVs-2, DVD-2, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, ceiling fans in common areas and primary bedroom suite, covered balcony, on-site pool and grilling area. Laundry facility, trash chute, elevator service located on every floor.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in peak summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

North Litchfield Beach is easily among the prettiest beaches in South Carolina and is locally prized for its uncrowded, quiet reputation. While it has several public access ways, the entire length of North Litchfield Beach is bordered by a residential community untouched by commercial enterprise. Grocery stores, popular dining venues, and local eclectic shops are conveniently close by however.

The North Litchfield Beach community resides along a bike path that meanders into Huntington Beach State Park where visitors can observe the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and wetlands. North Litchfield Beach is contiguous with Huntington Beach to the north and Litchfield Beach to the south, spanning 7 miles from end to end. The beach is characteristically wide with soft white sand bounded by low lying sand dunes and the blue-green ocean.
