A short walk (one block) to the beach. The hustle and bustle of Flagler Avenue is six blocks away, close enough for easy access to all the shopping, dining, and night life Flagler Ave is famous for. Open the bedroom curtains in the morning and check the surf at the Crawford Beach Access.

Please remove all garbage and recyclables and place in the garbage cans and recycling bins to the left of the bottom stairs at the main house.

Smoking outside the house is permitted if the butts are placed in the garbage. Please move to the garden area, away from the other units.

The apartment is exactly as listed. Perfect for our short stay. Cold AC and everything in the unit functions as it should.

Very clean, quiet, wonderful Seabreeze's And a nice covered porch. Two minutes from the beach- Very responsive to any inquiry. Please consider getting a Keurig.

This property is super close to the beach! However, the foliage is overgrown, the house is old, uneven floors and hasn’t been updated or repaired in a long while. Be aware that the kitchen has no stove, only a mini fridge. It could be quite charming with a few simple upgrades. Has great potential!

A few details

This apartment was great and well-maintained. However when you get there you will find out that it is actually attached to a larger family home and the walls are a little thin. There were no real issues but this is something to consider if you’re looking for a more private stay. Also the listing says it has a washer and dryer for laundry but it doesn’t. Other than those details, it’s a great place to be able to experience New Smyrna Beach.
