Nyligen renoverade och centralt belägna centrum med utsikt över den livliga Riverplace Esplanade med många restauranger och butiker precis nerför. Vi gör vårt andra hem tillgängligt för dig för den riktigt speciella vistelse.

Det första du kommer att märka i denna översta våningen hörn är ljuset fyller rummen från de stora öst-vända fönster. Därefter kommer du att hälsas med 180 graders utsikt upp och nerför floden där du kan se SIX av Portlands berömda broar genom de stora fönstren i vardagsrum, matsal och sovrum. Först då kommer du att märka de smakfulla, eleganta moderna möbler och lugn och avkopplande atmosfär. Men det är verkligen allt om vyn.

På morgonen gör du kaffe i det välutrustade köket och njut av det på balkongen med utsikt över floden eller gå ut till en av de 3 kaféerna som ligger mindre än ett kvarter bort. På eftermiddagen, smutta på ett glas vin på däck och titta på draken båtar på floden nedanför. Koppla av i den djupa fåtölj och läsa en bok eller bara njuta av utsikten över broarna och East Side. På kvällen, gå till en av de många restauranger, vinbarer och pubar som ligger alla inom ett block eller två av din ytterdörr. Eller bara stanna i och titta på matchen på storbilds-TV.

Rymmer upp till 4 (soffan förvandlas till en förvånansvärt bekväma queen size-säng), en öppen, rymlig-känsla 845 kvm. Ft. Med Berber mattor hela.

En särskild säker parkering finns i garaget under enheten (ytterligare betald parkering finns tillgänglig om du behöver den i en av de offentliga garage i närheten). Parkeringsplatsen ligger bekvämt intill hissen.

Sovrummet har en king size säng med hög threadcount lakan och mörkläggning persienner om du väljer att sova i. Det finns gott om lagringsutrymme i den stora klädkammare. De stora East läge fönster gör att du kan sitta i sängen och titta ut över floden. Det finns en andra kabel-TV-uttag i sovrummet och en annan 32 "TV om du vill ha den.

Den italienska marmor komplett kök är utrustat med en servis service för åtta, en uppsättning av grytor och stekpannor, brödrost, kaffekanna, presskanna, vattenkokare, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, diskmaskin och keramikhäll.

Matsalen rymmer fyra med sitt eget stora fönster som ser nerför floden, tar i broar och östra sidan. I vardagsrummet har den mest imponerande utsikt över alla.

Badrummet har en rymlig dusch med två separata duschmunstycken, en i varje ände. Den italienska marmor toppad fåfänga är utrustad med två handfat och stora speglar.

Det finns en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare i separat tvättstuga garderob.

Restauranger och fler är precis utanför din dörr med enkel tillgång till OHSU, PSU, Keller Auditorium och vattnet parker, alla inom 5 block. Bekvämt till Portland Streetcar (3 kvarter bort).

Barn är välkomna, men det finns ett däck och stora fönster som öppnas ganska breda - använd din bedömning.

River front paradise

This condo is a perfect place to stay while visitIng Portland. It is centrally and conveniently located with great access to downtown and many restaurants and shops. The condo is clean and very well appointed with everything you’ll need for a great visit. The owners are very responsive to your requests and it’s easy to communicate with them. The best part is the view. Being on the river is an ever changing pallet of color and activity, day and night. Many thanks to Paul and Jenn

Room with a view

If you are looking to relax and unwind, this is the place for you. Almost every day, I found myself sitting and just gazing out the window overlooking the river and marina and feeling instant calm. The unit had everything we needed for our month long stay and I enjoyed having the riverfront walkway just outside our door. We took advantage of the cafes and restaurants there as well. The owners, Paul & Jennifer, checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed.

The condo location is great. It is a quick walk to downtown or a block to the freeway. The view from the condo is absolutely fantastic. There are great shops and restaurants on the river walkway. We would lease it again.

Slice of Portland Heaven

From the very start, our trip to the NW was made perfect in every way. This property was exactly the way it looks, with thoughtful details, high quality linens, comfortable beds and the most breathtaking views at all hours of the day! The communication with the property owner was the best I’ve ever had. He was quick to respond on any matter. It was such a peaceful place to wake up in everyday. The location is ideal—close to shops, walking, parks and amazing restaurants. As my son noted in the guest book, “it’s not IF, it’s WHEN, we return!” Can’t be soon enough!! Perfect Portland Getaway

We spent the month of July 2019 at this property. In one word it was awesome. Spectacular views of the Wilamette River and the bridges connecting the west and east sides of the city. We only had a car for the first two days of our stay and got around by bike, walking and the occasional Lyft or Uber. Very convenient location. We have already booked again for next summer (2020). Highly recommend. Property owner is very responsive and handled all our questions and inquiries within a matter of minutes.

Waterfront escape

Bright, clean, beautiful view on the waterfront. Fun to walk the promenade, watch the dragon boats, or have coffee/glass of wine on the balcony. The owner keeps everything pristine, provides all household supplies you need. Very pleasant stay.

PDX Perfection

We spent two enjoyable months here in Portland. From the minute we walked in and saw the expansive views of the Willamette and the marina below, we knew it was the perfect place. The location is second to none. We were able to go to plays, concerts, museums, and top-rated restaurants, all within a fifteen minute or less walk. Bikes are available for rent within a half block away, making it convenient for exploring the bridges and paths along the riverfront. There was a secure underground garage, and the parking space was just steps from the elevator right up to the top floor where the condo was located. The condo was stunning and perfectly representative of the pictures posted on the website. Paul was always very responsive and very accommodating. We happily recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the best of Portland.

Wonderful home away from home!

A wonderful home away from home!

We felt this place was better than expected. The included parking and in-unit laundry were huge plusses for our stay, and it's location was wonderful - close to restaurants, grocery shopping, and so many activities downtown. The place was very clean and well maintained - and the bed was even more comfortable than our bed at home (which rarely happens in rentals). Plenty of storage in the closets, a great set-up in the living room for TV (full cable channels), a full kitchen that was easy to use for preparing meals or snacks, and a great dinning area useful for eating or setting up a computer. Wi-Fi worked terrific, and we sometimes had phones, pads, and a laptop connected (not all at the same time, though). Our host/owner/contact Paul was extremely easy to work with - very responsive to any questions before renting, during the rental, and after. We would very highly recommend this to anyone we know for a long stay in Portland, and plan to keep it in mind for some frineds who may be visiting in the coming year (although it's pretty popular, and it seems pretty well booked). Our most fun activities for the area were walking along the river, and watching the view out the living and dining room windows at the river and the Hawthorne Bridge. Lots to see there, and very soothing. We were having work done on our primary home in Portland, so we were definitely looking for a home away from home - and we live in Portland. This fit the bill for us perfectly. We just can't recommend this place enough. We feel very lucky to have found it, and been able to stay there.

Excellent Apartment- Stunning view

My husband and I stayed for a month here. The apartment had everything we needed throughout our time. The living room window offered a stunning view of the river and a view of Portland's bridges. We enjoyed adventuring in the city and then coming back to cook dinner in the well stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed the convenience of the apartment to the downtown and transportation. The ice cream/breakfast place below the apartment on the riverwalk is a must try!

It is everything I would want my own condo to be.

This was our second stay in this wonderful condo. The view is magnificent - day and night! It is immaculate and very comfortable. We look forward to another two week stay very soon.

Healing views and comfortable, efficient dwelling!

We stayed in this property from March 22- June 3. My husband needed a place to recover from a serious procedure that would put us within easy distance to OHSU. I have to say...I thank myself over and over for choosing this property as it really contributed to his healing and a positive outcome. The views and activity along the waterfront were both soothing and engaging...that included blue herons and a resident osprey who entertained us daily.One of his favorite sights was watching the Hawthorne bridge go up and down for the bigger boats. Because of the proximity to downtown we both got out and walked early on in his recovery, riding the streetcar everywhere. Living temporarily at this location helped us uncover a Portland food scene we never new about...but more importantly the optimum way to reduce the stress of a serious medical recovery. Lovely Portland Condo

It seems that photos of a property often overstate its quality. Not so in this condo's case. The views of the Willamette River and city lights at night are amazing! My wife and I spent the months of January and February at this condo. A well appointed kitchen was very important to us and this one filled all of our needs. We were also delighted to find that we could easily walk to Safeway, Whole Foods and the PSU Farmers Market to do our grocery shopping. Parking a car in Portland can be a challenge. So we really appreciated having a safe assigned parking space directly below the condo. But this town is so walker-friendly we were able to leave our car parked through nearly our entire stay. Lastly, the owners made the whole rental process so easy, with timely email/phone contacts along the way. This property will be on our short list of place to stay in Portland!

Perfection!

We spent an unforgettable month on the Portland waterfront, taking in all the events and energy that the city provides. Superb location, top floor condo, fantastic views from many angles, balcony, quiet building, great security and convenient protected parking, the AC performed well in July, close to public transportation, 20 minute walk to downtown, and restaurants and happy hours just below. Wonderful. The condo is terrific, clean, and doesn't lack for amenities. Oh yes, ask the owner where to eat in downtown and surrounding Portland, he is an expert and provides a long list of written recommendations. We're sad to leave this very unique and absorbing city but it's back to the heat, stickers, thorns, and things that snap and bite at you.

WOW!

When I first walked in my first thought was WOW! Spectacular view of the Willamette River and the Marina. The place was bright and clean. The owner was pleasant and responsive, super easy to work with. It was everything I expected.

Always a wonderful time

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. Easy access to streetcar for Portland adventures, but also a short and safe walking distance to SW Portland. With such a well equipped kitchen, we don't have to pack our own gear. Even if you are staying home, the boat traffic is exciting, there is usually lots of bridge action, there is always something going on at the marina, and lots of pedestrians 4 floors down on sunny days strolling on the promenade. The lights of the city at night are amazing. We hope to come back some day.
