The location: this beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Ipanema, between the ocean and the lake. Lots of bars, restaurants, shopping street, LGBT street within 2 blocks.

The space: 2 bedrooms with twin beds, living room with a foldable sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. Netflix included. Dual inverter split arconditioners. As a rarity for South- Zone apartments, both bedrooms, living room and the master bathroom with lots of natural light. 65 square meters/700 suare feet in total.

Your sleep is valued: There are triple glazed sound proof windows in the bedrooms and in the living room. There are custom made blackout and voile curtains on trail (no rod with light entering on the sides) for complete darkness. The aircos are quieter than a library and can be operated without display lights at night. The beds are fitted with quality bed linen.

Air conditioning High efficiency, dual inverter split aircos that use 70% less energy. Elevated safety220v was brought into the apartment to eliminate transformators that can cause short circuits and catch fire. This is rare in Rio's 110v power system. There are also ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A portable 9000 BTU capacity airco can be used in the living room. Please note:: Electricity consumption is metered and charged separately.

Home office: Own high- speed internet. Desk, padded office chair, power outlets. Dedicated work space overlooking a jungle-like garden with fresh air. You can open the windows without the suffocating traffic of the South- Zone.

Fully equipped kitchen. Gas boiler in the master bathroom, that supplies proper hot water (not only the tiny electric heater in the shower head). Laundry room with free of charge washing machine inside the unit. Service room with vertical vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack. Please note: there is no coffee machine.

Feels like home: Its not a place set up for commercial airbnb, but a place carefully put together by the owner, where you can feel really comfortable and at home. The apartment is managed by attentive and quickly reacting professionals, whom I chose after my own experience as a guest with them.

Public transport: metro station General Osorio (Lines 1 and 4) 800 meters far.

SMOKING, including in the windows, is FORBIDDEN.
