Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed taking walks in the area, and it is only 10 minutes from downtown Cedar City.

Work trip

We stayed for 3 nights, during a work trip. Having the 2 master suites was great for having our own space. Home is very clean and modern, 3 car garage with plenty of parking. I would recommend and definitely stay here again,

This place has everything you’ll need!

This place is clean & has everything you’ll need! The kitchen is fully stocked & provides little touches that make your stay comfortable. The beds are comfortable & we appreciated the three bathrooms since we were in town for a wedding. The location is quiet & cedar city is beautiful!!

Scouting Trip

Beautiful new home in larger-acreage tract-style neighborhood. Large yard perfect for big dogs. Kitchen well-equipped. Cedar City has much to offer. This home is a perfect base-camp in a neat base-city for exploring Utah.

Better than expected

Working trip to evaluate home purchase consideration in this area. Home is very spacious and comfortable. The large yard was perfect for my traveling companions (aka Huskies). I so appreciate homes that are true to the pictures provided and provide a warm inviting atmosphere. Will be using again.

Quiet location

Had a great stay. Property was clean and comfortable we had more than enough space for 5 adults and 2 small dogs. Everything was as expected and property managers answered all questions in a timely manner. Only thing is if you have very small dogs they may be able to get through the rod iron gates on either side of the house we took our boys out on leash to potty just as a precaution. We loved going into the backyard and watching the farm animals to the right of f the property. Property has easy access to the freeway to go into town (cedar city) for shopping. And a short drive up to Brianhead and Bryce Canyon.

This property is a no brainer. New, clean, spacious, good views, and in view of Texas Longhorns across the street. The house is on a corner lot so there was some street noise. The host Tyler is very professional and communicates well. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.
