The airport is 15-20 minute away and less than a 30 minute drive to one of our beautiful white sand beaches. Relax at the gorgeous humongous pool or stay in with a cup of coffee because this home is built for comfort with cable, pillows and blankets. This is the perfect home for your get away needs. For security purposes, for any guests above the age of 18, please send a picture of photo ID to host before check in. Door code/access into property may not be allowed until identify is confirmed.

Great visit

Roadtrip to visit family with my husband and 2 furr babies. Stayed 1 night. Booking quick and easy. New development off of pine forest and 9 mile road. Read the instructions at the bottom of the booking confirmation - a mistake we made for not doing so. Ended up in wrong residential area. Karen was very helpful checking in to make sure we were okay and made it to the house. When she found out we were lost she stayed in constant communication to help us navigate until we found the place. House is more townhouse set up. New development. Very nice decor and, more importantly, very clean. As advertised. Nice neighborhood. Felt safe walking our furr babies around midnight before their bedtime. There are restaurants and Walmart as well as Starbucks close by. Near the freeway so easy to get onto I-10 and drive to the beach or into the city. Will return when we are in the area again. Def recommend.

Feels like Home

I have stayed at three different homes in this subdivision, and this one is the cleanest. The others were not dirty, but they can’t compare to the meticulous cleaning of this home. We also love that you have a full lineup of tv channels including local tv and streaming services. This place is always my go to when coming to Pensacola but it books up so if it’s available book it!

3rd time in this house

This was our 3rd visit and the house was just as nice and clean as the other two times. We got to use the pool this time which was also very clean and well kept. The host is very professional. She doesn’t bother you but always answers quickly and nicely if you contact her.

In town visiting adult daughter

Myself and my 11 year old son traveled to Pensacola to surprise my daughter who is in college in the area. We wanted a cozy place to stay with a kitchen and laundry. The pool was an added bonus. The house made it possible to stay in and just be together and not have to be on the go the whole trip. Would recommend.

Great Stay Near UWF

The property was clean and comfortable. Beds were very good. All TVs were smart and easy to use. Nice neighborhood, but very congested. Get good directions ahead of time because GPS will not find the exact unit. Owner is highly responsive. We felt at home here.

Great for our short term

The property was lovely! We really enjoyed the unit itself and the community that it is in. The unit was clean and fit us all very well. The only thing that I would give a lower score to is the lack of things like towels, blankets and cooking pans. Other than that, we had a terrific time!

Weekend with grown children.

We were very pleased with the property. Very clean and comfortable. We stayed while moving my son to Pensacola from Ohio. My other son and his wife live there, so they were able to visit with us and spend time at the pool.

Overnight before Flight

We needed an extra night in the area before members had to fly out to Germany. This place was fantastic. Karen was awesome to work with and made everything easy for an old guy like me who is not so tech savy! We will look for this place again as needed.

Winter get away

We came to FL to get away from Iowa winter. This property was a great location for terrific golf courses, restaurants & shopping. The property was clean and comfortable. The weather wasn’t the warmest so we didn’t get to use the patio or pool but the neighborhood was clean safe & very friendly. Don’t hesitate to book this place. It is exactly as described.

Convenient Condo in Pensacola

Great location, terrific value

We loved this spacious, well-appointed townhouse and the whole neighborhood. Close to so much, easy beach access, especially with new bridge to Gulf Breeze completed. Owner VERY responsive and local! Would gladly stay here again.

Clean Quiet Safe! The location is close to anything you need. The host is always available if needed and thankfully I did not need to bother her this time. I will always use this place to stay in Pensacola. Book if it is open because this place books fast. We Love It!!!

This property is right off highway 90 making it central to shopping or a trip to the beach convenient. Property has a 2 car paved driveway. This is a private home that you will have full access to. The home itself is luxurious but very comfortable with brand new beds, plenty of blankets/pillows and gorgeous amenities. A home away from home. Self check in/out makes your stay private as possible.
