Perfect house, comfortable, and close to town

Thanks so much for sharing your house. It was a comfortable stay for the 5 of us. We loved the beautiful view of the canal from the porch or the dock. It was close to town and any amenities needed.

Pet friendly house

It was great for us and driveway was wide enough for our SUV and boat. Our dog loved walking across the street and talking to the cows! Also loved both front and back porches !!

Perfect!

Great, great place. Clean, well kept and the back yard and dock make the difference! It’s so happy and inviting when u walk in with the snack tray and info book and Wi-Fi info all easily found. I could live here for sure! Someone with excellent “ taste” decorated and set this little gem up. Good job! It’s exactly what you want and need to be comfortable in a home. Thank you so much for the care you take in keeping everyone’s stay perfect.Candi and family

Smell

As soon as we walked in the smell was awful. It was a mix of smoke and mold smell. Also, checking beds there were hairs on sheets like they hadn't been washed. That being said, I contacted Mike and told him we were gonna have a new place to stay and wanted a refund and he was very apologizing and we were issued a refund .

Just like home.

Only a few minutes boat ride to the Taylor Creek lock and few minute drive to town. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with pots & pans, crockpot, blender, mixer, toaster, dishes, utensils. (If you requires more than than restaurant-style steak knives, bring your own.) New appliances. Central air keeps it comfortable even with lots of traffic in & out. Equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & hair dryer AND enough starter paper towels, tp, dish soap, laundry & dishwasher soaps, garbage bags & welcome snacks. Thanks for that!! Communication with the owners was great. Will come back again. Thanks!
