This cozy bungalow is perfect for large families or group trips. It is centrally located only 5-10 minutes to Williams Bay, Fontana and downtown Delavan. If you prefer to walk, there are several eating & drinking establishments within walking distance. There is ample parking available in the driveway that can accommodate several vehicles, RVs and/or trailers. The Living Room & four bedrooms have TVs equipped with Amazon FireTV (i.e. are "smart") + YouTube TV which includes all standard programming as well as the NFL Sunday Ticket.

Great Stay in Delavan!

Cozy, Clean and comfortable in Lake Delavan. Jerry is a wonderful host! We had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The home is clean and well stocked... with plenty of towels, shampoo and toiletries, etc. There was even water, coffee and snacks made available to us. And Jerry was very accessible when we had questions about the home. Don't hesitate to book today!

Awesome stay at Lake Delavan

The property is located near a few decent restaurants and drinking establishments. Quick drive to a choice of beaches. The house was spotless, well-stocked and well equipped. Jerry (the owner) was great to work through the special code for the lock and details on the property. This is a well-run property.

College Friend Get Together

The property was wonderful! We found out that it was so close to our friend's lake house. The house had everything we needed and the owner stocked a lot of extra supplies so we didn't run out of anything. It was very beneficial to have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Annual Family Lake trip

The Delavan Lake Bungalow met our needs perfectly for our 3rd annual family trip to the lake. Clean, well appointed and plenty of space for all! Enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and view of the lake.

Wedding weekend

The host communicated so well and was very accommodating! The house was very clean and had all the comforts of home! Beds were cozy, towels were plush, enough seating for our big group, and the outdoor space was peaceful with a great view of the lake.

Delavan Delight

The entire family enjoyed our stay! There were 9 adults and it never felt too crowded. Comfortable beds, great patio and very clean. Jerry was always very responsive and accommodating with our requests. Would love to return!

Sibling Stay

My siblings and our spouses stayed at this property. We were very pleased with our entire stay at Jerry’s home. It was stocked well in the kitchen, paper products, towels, blankets, etc. I would recommend to all who travel to the area to check this property out!

Clean, comfortable house & extra touches

We had a great stay. The house was clean and comfortable and the instructions for everything were very clear. The host provided lots of extras -- coffee, wine, bottled water, snacks, body wash, etc. -- which were above and beyond and very much appreciated. The drive to Lake Geneva was very reasonable and it was nice to be in an area that was not as crowded as Lake Geneva.

Getaway weekend with friends

This was a great house for 9 adult friends to enjoy a weekend getaway. Plenty of room in bedrooms and bathrooms for sleeping and getting ready for the day. We greatly appreciated the stocked kitchen, a freezer full of ice, and comfortable seating outside. Highly Recommend, and Jerry the host was so helpful and responsive!

Super Thoughtful Host

Clean, quiet updated home, 3 king or queen BRs, 4th BR with 4 twins, 3 full bath. Perfect for 3 couples. Host went above and beyond, house is stocked with everything! Lots of towels, bathroom products, fully equipped kitchen, even coffee grinder, spices, BBQ tongs! Clear and prompt communication with this terrific host.

Beautiful house in a great location

The host, Jerry, is absolutely awesome to work with. We have rented through VRBO pretty often and this truly was the best equipped home we have ever stayed in and Jerry was the most thoughtful host we have encountered in our travels. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you can imagine including coffee beans, coffee grinder, waters, ice, snacks, etc. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 9.

Friends Getaway

The house was a great location, 20 minutes to downtown Lake Geneva, but also plenty around the town for any needs. The house had everything you could need or want. It was clean, plenty of room for 10 of us. We were able to fit all 5 of our SUV/trucks comfortably in the driveway. The large yard and deck were wonderful for hanging out. Jerry was great with communication prior to and during our trip. We can’t wait to go back!

Fall weekend wedding stay

5 of us came for a wedding and stayed at Delavan Lake Bungalow. We had a great time and Jerry was very accommodating and a great host. He answered texts and phone calls quickly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The house was clean and comfortable and we felt at home right away. We would definitely stay here again.
